Food and staff very good

The organisation was good but we felt that many social activities were expensive and we felt that some excursions were not good value for money. We discovered too late that it is better to explore by ourselves as there are free shuttles available at most harbours to take you downtown. Departure time was often mid afternoon which limited any amount of wandering ashore after taking part in a group excursion. The self service restaurant is mayhem at peak times and on return of one of our excursions we were rudely denied lunch at the restaurant as they were swapping dishes for afternoon tea selections. The only other alternative was the grill bar which doesn't have enough seating for 3 bus load of hungry tourists. Quality of food is standard, nothing exceptional. The drinks package was brilliant, we could have as little or as much as we wanted at no extra cost. The staff is overall polite and efficient, and they are very helpful. Compared to other cruises we have done with different companies, we felt the cost was not overall good value for money.

We enjoyed our cruise on this ship. Good entertainment, food in general very good. Garden buffet restaurant too crowded though when the ship is at full capacity. Didn't use the excursion benefit, the excursions are too expensive. The most popular bar Magnum's could/should be made a bit bigger perhaps.

I had been on this ship before so knew what to expect. I enjoy this ship as its small. However as the ship was full this time there were issues with drinks service in the Spinnaker lounge. However I took this up with guest services and this was addressed. Ports were changed due to weather and I would have liked if they could have docked at Nagasaki or Hiroshima as opposed to the ones chosen. But perhaps this was outwith their control. I enjoyed my holiday with Iglu as the agent.

Friendly, professional staff. Nice restaurants and food. Good bars and drink selections. Enjoyable theatre shows. Excursions were expensive. No information regarding ports visited. Shuttle buses in some ports would have been good. Jeju island. Take Korean money. ATM run out of cash. Buses don t take card or cash. You have to buy a travel card. Shop to buy diesn t take cards

A great ship . We liked the fact that it was a smaller ship. The staff were excellent and really enjoyed the food. Speciality dining was of a high standard and our balcony room was clean and not cramped. On board entertainment was excellent and varied. We enjoyed every port albeit a couple you needed to book an excursion to enjoy them fully.

Our total experience was great, the crew were all helpful, the choices of food was spot on. The shore trips were again well planned and totally enjoyed by us all and would recommend them.

Great experience, the cruise was Ok, would have been better if there were more waiters to assist and one of the bars wanted to charge for certain drinks that were included in the drinks package! Food in the buffdet restaurant was very good, the selection in the restaurants however became a little monotonous after a few days on board.

Had fantastic holiday on spirit staff great everyone were outstand food very good being it8first time travelling with Norwegian cruise very pleased. have bought cruise credits so here's to next cruise. . . thank you.
