The agent who helped us book our first ever cruise was so lovely and patient with us. They explained everything, what to expect, listened to all our needs and understood fully what we required. They did not pressure us to book straight away and waited till we were ready to commit. Was really helpful with getting us different flights that suited us better too. At no point was making a hard sell.

Right from calling Iglu Cruises the engagement with Rep Chloe was so easy. She couldn’t do enough to make our Caribbean cruise and stay in March so easy. From arranging upgrades on the trip to arranging an additional stay in Miami to transfers and new return flights. I have already recommended it to family, friends and work colleagues.

Just thought I’d drop you a line to express our appreciation of the service which Sue has afforded us through the crisis. Her attention to our needs as customers - just 2 amongst many - has been exemplary throughout. Especially when we were anxious about receiving a refund from P&O. She chased through their channels and we got the answers we needed!
Obviously, in the current circumstances, nobody really knows how this thing is going to pan out. But, assuming some semblance of normality returns in a few months, rest assured we shall be back to you to book another cruise as soon as one attracts us (obviously, living near Malta, we would like anything attaching to Valletta!).

"After having issues with other companies after cancellations by suppliers it was a pleasant surprise to be contacted by Iglu about a cancelled Cunard trip before we had to contact them. The agent was pleasant and efficient and transferred our booking to another cruise later in the year. This was done extremely quickly and confirmation arrived again, very quickly. Would definitely recommend Iglu."

"After finding out our holiday Christmas cruise for 10 was about to be cancelled I called Iglu and was answered immediately by a gentleman called Michael. He called me back as promised and managed to rebook us on a different cruise and was extremely patient while I was receiving messages from the other members of our party with questions and requests. This is the 2nd time our cruise was cancelled and I have received great service on both occasions. Can’t fault Iglu for the service they have provided me."

"Friendly and helpful response by phone when rebooking our cancelled Marella cruise for a date next year instead. We were able to secure a suite with a nominal balance to pay. I’ve just received my full refund from Iglu for my cruise cancelled by Cunard a couple of hours before boarding QM2. Your customer relations employee Paul has been absolutely exemplary in all aspects of contact with us. He has been very straightforward and absolutely honest with all his communications, and has told it as it is, without any exaggerations regarding the whole process. It has been a pleasure to have Paul to turn to during this very difficult time. If we use Iglu to book any of our future cruises then Paul would be our go to person to sort it all out for us.

May we say thank you for your persistence and managing the process to provide the full refund which we received today. Although the circumstances of the cancellation were not within any of our capacity to control, we have been extremely pleased with the commitment of Iglu to honour their obligations and provide a full refund. We look forward to booking many future holidays with Iglu as the travel restrictions ease and the opportunity to take exciting new journeys gradually moves back to being normal.

I have just received confirmation that my refund has been paid back to my card. I just wanted to let you know that this is very, very much appreciated in these financially challenging times and really helps to ease the pressure.
