Dining onboard Enchanted Princess can either be traditional – with consistent tables, waiters, and mealtimes – or casual, with Anytime Dining. The latter option means you can eat anytime between 5.30pm and 10pm alongside fellow cruisers or just with your own party.

Restaurants onboard all offer different cuisines while still maintaining a high standard of luxury food and service throughout the ship. Princess Cruises’ team of expert chefs take fresh, local ingredients and transform them into undeniably delicious dishes.

The fantastic World Fresh Marketplace provides a wonderful range of options, from elegant French crepes to Asian noodles. Head here for an authentic taste of international food. Similarly, the International Café offers all kinds of food 24-hours a day. Whether you want a simple croissant and coffee or a tasty, fresh salad, this venue will satisfy all palates.

For a special occasion, or if you simply feel like trying somewhere new, there are several themed restaurants onboard, some of which include an extra fee:

• Alfredo’s Pizzeria – hailed by USA Today as ‘The Best Pizza at Sea’, this pizzeria serves a comfortable and welcoming venue as well as delicious, freshly made pizzas.
• The Salty Dog Grill – this is a great spot for genuinely flavourful fast food. As well as hot dogs and burgers, try the incredible Street Tacos and loaded fries.
• Ocean Terrace – this a la carte seafood restaurant serves all kinds of fresh fish dishes including sushi, royal lobster, oyster shooters, king crab cocktail, smoked Balik salmon, and more.
• Slice Pizzeria – this pizza place boasts a slightly more innovative menu, with exciting takes on regional favourites such as a Deep Dish Focaccia or California Artisanal Toast.
• Gelato – spoil yourself after a long day of cruising with a beautiful ice-cream or crepe-based dessert. Toppings include banana, chocolate, homemade fudge and spiced apple to name a few.
• Chef’s Table Lumiere – this exclusive event is held for small groups and includes an enlightening behind-the-scenes galley tour, with champagne, hors d’oeuvres and an incredible multi-course dinner.
• Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria – a superbly authentic Italian restaurant, the menu here has been curated over the years using the family recipes of Italian chefs from across Princess Cruises’ fleet.
• Crown Grill – meat-lovers will love this cosy yet elegant steakhouse which boasts a menu of the tastiest cuts of beef, as well as a selection of seafood dishes.
• The Catch by Rudi - Delight in delicious seafood classics, surf and turf and other tantalising dishes at this decadent restaurant, led by the iconic Chef Rudi Sodamin

The Vista Show Lounge is a comfortable area with a wonderful menu of cocktails and other drinks, as well as entertainment including live music, comedy and illusionists. Alternatively, Princess Live is a spacious and welcoming area where all kinds of entertainment take place. Pop along to find live music, comedians, quizzes and game shows. You’ll also find plenty of chances for dancing and listening to music in the piano bar, nightclub and top deck parties.

Bellini’s is a great choice for a casual evening in a vibrant setting. Sip on a fresh cocktail and socialise with new friends, all with the atmospheric backdrop of a European style piazza. In addition there’s Crooners, offering a more sophisticated ambience, with Sinatra-esque music and old-school alcoholic drinks like martinis and daiquiris. If this sounds more up your street, you'll also love Take 5 jazz lounge where you can hear jazz music from across the ages and even take part in dance lessons.

Alternatively, if you’re looking for traditional Irish music, delicious food and a night of fun interactive entertainment, head to O’Malleys Irish Pub. A contemporary Irish pub, you can also enjoy tasting experiences, such as the history of Irish Whiskey, Guinness cocktail classes and more!

In keeping with the Princess Cruises philosophy of enlightening guests and immersing them in new cultures, on selected sailings Enchanted Princess hosts Festivals of the World. These might entail parties with international music, folkloric performances or other cultural experiences.

If you so wish, there is even the option to spend an evening in the lively atmosphere of the onboard casino. Here, you can play a range of games including 21, Texas Hold ‘Em and, of course, the slot machines. For something just as thrilling, there’s The Voice of the Ocean singing contest. Also onboard is the gorgeous Lotus Spa. Head here to relax, unwind and indulge in a rejuvenating treatment such as a full body wrap, a facial or a massage. Alternatively, you can simply spend time in the Enclave, which boasts a thermal suite, hydrotherapy pool, heated stone beds, waterbeds, a Hammam, Caldarium and Laconium. Recreation

When enjoying the warm sun on a cruise holiday, at some point you’ll likely want to cool off with a dip in the pool. There are several to choose from on Enchanted Princess, including two deep pools on the top deck and an infinity-style pool at the aft, offering wonderful views of the surrounding ocean.
