Had a happy memorable time on norwegian sun. Only problem being the amount of admin and queueing on board. . various things to be filled in which isn't good especially for senior passengers. Dosnt seem to be enough staff on hand to help. Otherwise a lovely holiday.

Overall I would not go on a Norwegian Cruise line ship again, it compared poorly to other lines! Excursions very expensive

Gone downhill fast. Dirty cabin that required a deep clean, buffet food pared right back and same every day especially breakfast. Entertainment woeful and staff hosting events enable to understand basic English. Time at port’s ridiculous short

Good facilities on board, cabins comfortable and good storage. Shower quite small. Entertainment good but could do with more things to do during the day. Spa very expensive. Crew were excellent and food in MDR good quality. Buffet not enough variety and same offered every day. Disappointed that the ‘pub’ only did food after 9. 30pm at night.

Had a great trip to South Korea and Japan on The Sun. The ship is beginning to show its age now but overall it was fine. The staff are so friendly and clearly happy in their work.

Wonderful cruise with a wonderful itinerary around Japan and South Korea. We had an outside cabin. Was clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice. We also dined in the Brazilian steakhouse. It was lovely and tasty. Staff were fantastic, always polite and helpful. Iglu cruises were fantastic for putting the whole package together with flights and hotel stays. It really was a fabulous holiday

We enjoyed our cruise to Korea and Japan but although our guides on the tours were very good the cost of the tours was exorbitant. Not good value for money. The lack of a daily newsletter unless you were not English speakers was very inconvenient and meant that you had to use the app constantly or rely on taking pictures of the newsletter displayed near Guest Services.

ship itself is very nice

The ship, food and staff are great, however the entertainment was not up to the standard we have seen on other ships. Out of 16 nights the cabaret show group only performed 3 nights. They were absolutely fabulous and we would have loved to have seen more from them. The 3 girl singers were ok but not great, as with the soul singer, comedian and variety entertainment! The bands around the ship were good especially 5th wave. But karaoke in spinnakers every night was terrible!!
