Lovely ship- lots going on, even though its a big ship it never felt crowded. Was lots of seating but they are very low and wide. Especially liked the adult pool area and this made it easy to find a sun bed. Entertainment was ok but very much like most ships either love or hate it. The app on board was very hit & miss but we used TV in room to book shows. Canin was on 11th floor. Mid ship in inner corridor - very quiet and near lifts. Only thing that let holiday down was transfer to Airport. I notified them that we would be late off due to circumstances beyond our control. Even told driver when we were off but he had left and they had no other drivers so had to pay 50 euros to get a cab to the airport. We were 12 minutes later than the pick up time and Titan travel were very unhelpful. MSC did get us a taxi but said it is quite common.

Much preferred previous MSC cruise on the Virtuosa. First impression was great but went downhill. With so many different nationalities things were noisy and a little chaotic particularly in the buffet. The ship itself is amazing but very chaotic.

MSC World Europa is the best MSC ship I have encountered So far, and I have sailed on it twice now.

A lovely large ship with fantastic crew members. It was our first cruise with MSC and we were not disappointed.

Magnificent ship all around,bars great all of the staff are so helpful and can't do enough for you, our cabin was just an inside one which is perfectly ok clean very comfortable bed,food was great so no worries at all about anything

Fabulous ship but too many people!!! In January with no one outside it was Just so busy at times and very noisy! Buffet became impossible on the sea day. Overwhelmed the staff and passengers! Entertainment in Theatre and Panorama was 1st class and we saw both shows every night. Embarking and disembarking the Ship was very efficient. MSC we’ll be back!!

From the momemt we arrived at the terminal we were looked after by the yacht club butlers until we disemarked 7 days later. The ship is massive and impressive I must admit we prefer smaller but the service was second to none. Entertainment fantastic and the food in Yacht club was hot and delicious. Everyone tastes and needs were cateted for. The other specialty restaurants were superb. We would absolutely reccomend and go with MSC YACHT CLUB again. But I dont think we would be regular passenger on Europa, the ship with 6000 on board was noisey and very busy. It would be a great holiday if you have children as in the main area as something for everyone.

Great staff and cabin good. Food mediocre and evening entertainment poor.
