Iglu Cruise customer reviews for MSC Seaview
The ship was really nice with lots of nice bars, there wasn’t enough staff to cover the amount of passengers on board. This caused some staff to be impatient and even rude on occasions We have never cruised with msc before and probably won’t ever again. The passengers are predominately Italian with big groups which were very loud and often intimidating. The food in the main dining room was of a low standard and very little choice. We did enjoy the speciality dining at an extra cost. There was very little atmosphere I think partly due to the on & off every day embarkation system which we found very annoying with muster announcements regularly and in various languages repeated often I think msc need to look at there staff shortage to improve all services.
Great cruise especially with the Yacht Club experience absolutely 1st class experience drinks, food and service everything you would want. A special mention for the Butlers and Concierge took care of all our needs.
I recently sailed on Seaview for a week-long Mediterranean cruise, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Spanish, French and Italian ports of call were well-organised and close to regular public transport links which enabled smooth transitions for independent excursions - embarkation and disembarkation was quick! The ship was modern, clean, and easy to navigate. The balcony cabin with an uninterrupted view was larger and quieter than expected. Dining options were good—buffet meals were convenient offering a mix of basic whole and fast food. The restaurant service and food was slightly higher quality whole food. Ship staff were all very helpful maintaining a professional vibe. However I missed having jokey friendly chats with the waiters when at the same restaurant table everyday! Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.
Lovely ship staff go the extra mile for you and we’re so helpful. However the biggest problem were the Spanish and Italian guests were so load , rude and aggressive you were unable to get sun beds because of them saving them with towels.
