Iglu Cruise customer reviews for MSC Grandiosa
Done 2 Cruises now with flight into Barcelona very easy transfer to the ships , Cabin on Grandiosa amazing size balcony shame about restricted view but knew before travel , amazing High st on ship with all types of entertainment and eating tastes covered , Very well organised , well oiled machine for Embarking and disembarking . Shows were good bar service and food for all tastes excellent.
My 1st cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed. Had Fantastica Dining so had a la carte evening meal and buffet for breakfast and lunch. All the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though busy cruise and lots of people, the pool and walking track were very quiet from sunrise to breakfast times so you can escape crowds. Also, adult only sky lounge was quiet during day if you need some downtime. Lots of activities on board, so you were never bored. Would recommend unless you're after a quiet relaxing holiday
First time on cruise, enjoy such way of travelling and exploring. Everything exceeded my expectations except the swimming pools, which were very poor for such quantity of people on board.
Great ship, huge! Restaurant food was good. Buffet was decent but always very busy. Bars all really good. Entertainment not as good as what I’ve seen on other MSC cruises, and some of the waiters on the outside bar could have been more friendly at times. That said, some of the passengers were a nightmare!! Well organised by Iglu from start to finish, would use again
