MSC Grandiosa offers the ultimate in family fun when it comes to cruising. The ship boasts plenty of fantastic facilities which can be enjoyed by all guests - young and old - and will help to create some wonderful memories for all.
One of her brilliant features is the MSC Cruises
' own voice-controlled personal assistant - ZOE. Installed in every cabin, this piece of technology can provide cruisers with information about the current cruise - from the itinerary to onboard services. Simply begin with 'OK Zoe', and ask her just about anything you need to know about your cruise.
Cruisers can opt for a superb standard of luxury
if they cruise as part of the MSC Yacht Club, however, those who choose a simple cabin will still benefit from a huge range of onboard features. From dining opportunities, and accommodation, to activities and entertainment, all tastes will be catered for on MSC Grandiosa.
As with all MSC Cruises ships, MSC Grandiosa offers guests plenty of choices when it comes to dining. Some would say that entertainment is MSC Cruises' great speciality, and MSC Grandiosa certainly does not disappoint in this respect. A real treat for cruisers are the two, exclusive, Cirque du Soleil performances onboard. Taking place twice a day, six times a week, all guests should get the opportunity to see these masterpieces. The shows are held in the Carousel Lounge - a perfect venue in which guests can dine on some brilliant cuisine while watching the performers in awe, and then even stay on for some dancing when the disco starts later on in the evening. The Broadway Theatre is another venue for impressive live entertainment in the form of theatrical productions, live music and dance, and comedy acts. The TV Studio Bar is another popular choice for interactive fun; here you can take part in live televised games and quizzes, have a go at karaoke, see talent contests and watch live music and comedy. The Casino Imperiale is another option for anyone who enjoys a little flutter of an evening.
If you prefer a quieter evening, snuggle up with loved ones watching a movie by the pool, with classic films and recent blockbusters being shown on the big screen. Alternatively, you could enjoy the company of your partner or new friends over a drink or two in one of the bars. There are plenty to choose from, with some favourites including the sophisticated Champagne Bar, the al fresco Polar Bar, the Edge Cocktail Bar for fresh and fruity creations, and the Sports Bar for something more relaxed. End the night in the Attic Club, MSC Grandiosa’s answer to a city night club.
Keen fitness advocates can maintain their exercise regime during their holiday onboard MSC Grandiosa, thanks to their generous facilities. These include a gym stocked with state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, and weight machines, as well as having space for a floor workout. It is also possible to join fitness classes such as yoga, and arrange to have personal training sessions at an extra charge.
As well as opportunities to stay on top of fitness, MSC Grandiosa is also fitted with a brilliant spa, so guests can take care of their mental wellbeing. Feel your stress evaporate as you enter the MSC Aurea Spa, which is decorated in calming, neutral hues. Rest in the thermal area, use the whirlpool, sauna, and steam room, and indulge in an invigorating treatment. Choose from things like a facial, wrap, or massage, or enjoy a manicure or hair appointment in the salon.
