Everything was great, the standard was really great, really enjoyed the time, the restaurants were fine, food, many varieties, and waiters etc were very friendly, All our orders were done quickly and timeless
MSC Europa is an amazing ship. We had such an amazing time onboard. The shows were brilliant. We loved our drinks package. We had an internal cabin, which was decent on space and so quiet and comfortable. Staff at every place were wonderful and friendly. The only reason I marked down a star was the embarkation was a little chaotic, took 90 mins and we were stood out in the cold most of that time. I found the food in the main restaurant mediocre, speciality restaurants too expensive to bother with, so mainly ate at the buffet which despite the size didn’t feel huge amount of choice. That said we were never hungry and for the price we paid for the cruise overall we were very happy and would do it again.
The cabin was big enough for both of us, all facilities in the cabin very good, the entertainment was fairly good, a couple of shows not as good as I had seen before and a couple were exceptional, the ship it's self was an absolute marvel, couldn't be faulted in any way in my eyes, bars, restaurants, shopping and things to do first class
Over crowded ship buffet food was very good restaurant food and staff not so good security quite rude groups of young lads partying in the rooms speciality dinning excellent the Mexican restaurant needs improving.
