We really enjoyed this cruise. Brand new ship, massive like a city centre with so much to do. Staff are super friendly, our waiter Jeremy from Philippines and his assistant Hakim were so very attentive and polite. Lots to do on shore as well. Food awesome with plenty of choice. Entertainment was fantastic!!!! The Queen tribute with orchestra was WOW!!! We fell in love with one of their dancers, a tall slim boy with a great energy, beautiful smile that never left his face and fantastic haircut 💪.

It was the best. Food 10 at of 10. Staff 10 at of 10, just name it. Is it my bedroom you want to talk about, if I go out before I am back my bed will be made again. They are just wonderful. We are 12 in number that went as a group. Now they are asking me about 2026 holidays. I had a great time. A very big thank you to you all.

MSC World America is an amazing ship. Good itintrery , praises to all the staff who do an amazing job. Enjoyed cruising with MSC, fantastic entertainment, Good food although portions can be big in the resturants , but then it is catered for the American Public. Had a few issues but they were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Brilliant cruise. Everything wonderful. Great ship, staff and service. Everglades excursion could have been longer air boat ride. Itinerary and places visited excellent. Great new ship MSC World America.

Unfortunately I thought that the cruise was pushing us towards very expensive shops, ie diamonds, watches, etc , the shows were very good, the food was good, but everything is aimed at hard sell. When ship in port little or no entertainment on board

MSC World America is their newest ship sailing out of Miami and she is just magnificent from the first sight of her in the new MSC terminal and the interior is well designed and thought through. Never overcrowded and a delight
