Brilliant ship great staff could not fault anything about the trip

Not enough staff

I don't really write reviews but I will this time. Our experience was second to none, from when I parked the car, dropped off the cases, and checked in was so simple. The staff could not do enough for us, from the ones that made up the room to the bar and restaurant staff. everyone was very helpful. We dined in Le Fontaine restaurant where Jennifer and Danson looked after us. . In the Zebra bar Julyana and her sidekick who we didn't get he's name both were fantastic. Brilliant 7 day cruise will defiantly be looking again pretty soon. thank you MSC and all you staff.

Beautiful ship. Fantastic staff. Had the best time. As a solo traveller there were meet ups with other solos, easy to make new friends.

The boat is lovely and well looked after. It is not a more modern smart ship, but I still thought it was lovely. The staff could not have been more helpful across every interaction start to finish. The entertainment was very good (only slightly behind what I have seen on other cruise lines). I think the food could have been a bit better, but in terms of value for money, it was excellent. I was, however surprised that drinks like piña coladas and even fruit smoothies were made with flavoured syrups… Even though they was ample fresh fruit available, even the fruit juice offered at breakfast was actually squash. The basic level of drinks package was fairly limited so check the menu before deciding which level to go for.

Very friendly crew and excellent entertainment in the theatre. Reasonable prices for drinks. The catering staff were great but the restaurant food often didn’t match the description, was lukewarm and minimal vegetables. Food in the cafeteria was fine with a huge selection. It would have been better if we could have done a complete circuit on deck 7 prom deck or up top but the ship didnt allow it. We both thoroughly enjoyed the cruise.

It was our first cruise and it turned out to be one of my best holidays . I thought it would be cramped and full every where but it wasn’t. Getting on and off at ports so easy. The staff so helpful nothing was ever too much and so friendly. Food was delicious in all restaurants and lots of entertainment. Would I do it again YES

This cruise was excellent value for money. The ship maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The crew were friendly and proactively helpful. Food was rich in variety, quality and quantity. The theatre provided exceptional entertainment with stunning vocal dexterity from "Remixed" and the four company singers. The dancers were exhilarating, energetic and inspired. The acrobatic performances were breathtaking. One show entitled "Nature" was lacklustre and poorly concieved. ALL other shows were of the highest standard. The atmosphere in and around the ship was both lively and relaxed depending on the specific location. The musicians around the ship were very average. I need to mention the piano & cello couple were pleasurable to listen to. Several other acts were quite dull. Had the music around the ship been in the same league as the theatre, this would be a five star review.

Great ship, fabulous crew & wonderful sushi restaurant. Food could be good, not fantastic but always something for everyone.
