Staff were amazing food good. Entertainment theatre especially poor. Daytime activities were like butlins service charge was expensive. Another unexpected 400 dollars .

Amazing

Had a most enjoyable sailing on this ship. The ship was spacious, had great food options & bars. Entertainment was good but have seen better specifically the theatre shows. Level of service was excellent from all staff encountered. My only mark down from being a five star review was the embarkation process being way too long & disorganised and our pre arranged transport after the cruise from the terminal to the airport didnt show up which did put a downer on things given the great time we,d just enjoyed!

Fantastic cruise holiday. Everything went well with great organisation by Iglu and NCL. Had an absolute great time and was just the perfect cruise.

Lovely ship , good syaff

Just returned from Alaska cruise on Norwegian Joy. Well named. . it was a Joy! Lovely ship, spotlessly clean and a wonderful crew who did ever to make the trip memorable. Good selection of specialty restaurants all worth a visit but the complimentary dining was hard to beat. The Taste and the Savor restaurant s were top class with a good selection. The buffet was well stocked and fresh. Excellent itinerary, although this was the first of the season and some of the ports (shops) weren’t completely ready it was good because we missed the crowds when the other cruise ships start to arrive so it balanced out. However for anyone more interested in seeing bears etc rather than sightseeing then maybe leave it until later I. The season when hibernation it over. Otherwise another great cruise with NCL

Stateroom really nice layout spacious could do with drawers in there in the actual room Very clean and housekeeping where excellent Specialist dining was excellent main dining rooms or complimentary food was quite same only a few changes each day but very nicely presented and service was good Did two excursions one really good value for money on the train? The second one was not a lot to say but was refunded which was much appreciated to you to the fact that it was not up to NCL standard. Took up the drinks package which was also very valuable only thing that I was not pleased about was the Wi-Fi did not work properly so purchased the package which on the other cruises mostly are free Wi-Fi. Miami Port was very busy probably would never go from there again all these passengers to get on hours late going on !! Cafe struggled to sit 5/6 as a lot of people sat on a large table which just had one or two diners so we had to spilt up Entertainment in the Joy theatre was really good always packed Loved the trip through the Panama Canel and chose NCL for its programme but after booking one stop was cancelled so another day at sea

We had a fabulous time on our cruise down the Mexican coast. The ship is layer out very well with clear signage to navigate around with ease. Our cabin was aft facing with a balcony and we loved it. The staff on the ship and especially our cabin steward, were excellent. The ship is spotlessly clean and offers plenty of amenities for everyone from varied dining options to entertainment. We enjoyed the excursions to Mazatlan and the whale watching at Pourto Valetta was a highlight of the trip!

Cabin, service and dining usual NCL excellent quality. ENTERTAINMENT : Venues were plentiful BUT every venue pumped the music at full volume, making it difficult to conduct a normal conversation. The Atrium area was particularly loud and when dealing with guest services it was difficult to be heard without shouting even when guest and service provider standing as close as possible. ACTIVITIE/EXCURSIONS...fineVALUE FOR MONEY...N/A .Part of overall tour.

We had a superb cruise, very good service, fantastic food in the Haven section
