Balcony cabin was well equipped, plenty of coat hangers. Bed was comfortable. Cabin was always clean. Some extra draw/shelf space would be nice. Bathroom was adequate. Our cabin had an adjoining door which meant sometimes I could hear next doors TV and could feel the draft from the air-con. Boat was at full capacity but never felt crowded always able to find a seat. Food was fantastic both in complimentary and specialty restaurants. New Starbucks on board. Staff were all friendly and polite

Cabin very small balcony cabin deck 9. Not a lot of storage for 2 people. Food in main dining mostly fine but to repetitive food in Chin Chin, Sushi, Bistro, and Cagneys excellent. Sheehans very limited choice. Staff 99% fantastic.

Very tidy well run ship with superb service BUT Very expensive Internet Special dining Bar drinks Service charge of $20 per person per day,but can be deleted from account.

Normally spend time round the pool,however the constant ridiculous loud disco music was inappropriate to a majority of over 65's on board staff however were enjoying it. Food was a let down even the paella we tried one night had hot spices in it,delicate queen scallops once again chilli and no mention of it on the menus. Fish dishes where skinny even cod had been sliced . As for the cabin there was a pair of knickers on the shelves which means they weren't checked and cleaned. I don't know if we will be cruising again but I don't think it will be with Norwegian

Flights & Hotel before boarding ship was great allowing time for any delays. The Jewel was a great ship for our needs, not too big, so easy to get around. The return flight time was awful !! After disembarking at 10am the flight was not scheduled until 10pm, thus we had to wait 12hrs at the Tampa airport!!

Having not been on an NCL cruise before, we didn't know what to expect. Personally it was one of the best cruises we have been on all round. Lovely sized ship, great layout, delicious hot and cold food, always fresh and replenished. Staff were always polite and friendly. Speciality restaurants were fabulous, we ate at Cagneys Steakhouse and Moderno. We ate most evening meals in the buffet as there was always a good choice and freshly cooked food. As the ship wasn't full there was hardly any queuing. No problem with sunbeds either. Great variety of drinks, apart from real ale/ipa. We cruised from Los Angeles down west coast, to Panama city and Canal, and back up east coast to Tampa. Great itinerary, lovely weather. Heated pools. Can't fault a thing, we are experienced cruisers having done around 20, so we can compare to other companies. Thank you NCL we will be back.

I had a pleasant trip from start to finish. Transfers from airport to hotel, from hotel to ship excellent. On board the service at the bars restaurants were again excellent never had to wait long for a drink or food. Cleanliness was very good. My only problem was the entertainment they had three very good shows in 17 days which included Cirque Bijou and another high wire act. Four excellent singers which we only saw once on their own. The other entertainers consisted of mainly comedians hypnotist and a rock band. I thought the singers rock band could have appeared at least another show each. The hypnotist appeared three night in succession the comedian two nights comedian magician three nights. Still it didn’t affect my holiday as there was a lot of other things to do. Overall I had a really good holiday.

Comfortable cabin & guest areas. Enjoyed the cruise, loved Japan & South Korea & the hotel stays.

The ship was great and the itinerary excellent. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday with NCL.

It was a good cruise. The food was good, the excursions were quite good. One or two of the ports were a little light on things to do, but most were good.
