Lovely ship. Great staff. Food on board pretty average. Same food in main restaurant every day. Other restaurants same menu in both. Had better on other cruises. Clean ship

Exceptional cruise to long awaited destination, very enjoyable.

What an amazing second experience travelling with NCL. The cleanliness of the ship was exemplary as was the politeness and communication with all staff. The Garden restaurant brought much variety with tasty dishes, and healthy salads, and I loved the atmosphere in general on board. Special mention to the Spa crew, namely Carolina and Marcos, who gave me so much advice on skin care and products. My only criticism is that when docking at a port, for the majority of the time, another cruise ship would arrive or had arrived, making it very congested on land. It was hard to escape, particularly if you hadn't made arrangements for excursions etc. All in in, really enjoyable, relaxing week, and really appreciate all that you did. Thank you.

All in all a welcome break - now looking forward to the next holiday.

NCL have a great concept with easy dining, good entertainment and excellent service. Ship was clean and communial areas fresh. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The NCL Jade was in very good condition, staff all round very good, food / dinning faultless. So, the cruise was up to our expectations, and destinations good.

Cabin was lovely.

Loved the NCL Jade. The beds are so comfortable, food amazing, and service first class. Everything went well from start to finish.

The cruise itinerary was good , the dining choices offered two main dining rooms as well as Chinese restaurant and pub style were good. The service and friendliness from crew was very good. Daytime and evening entertainment from cruise director staff was good but the theatre entertainment was a bit repetitive and we stopped going after a couple of nights. Overall good value for money and very enjoyable.
