Cruise was excellent. Boarding was chaos, no one in control of large crowd. Had to complain 3 times before heating was restored to my cabin

Had a great time on the Emerald Princess. The cabins and everywhere on board was spotlessly clean, the food was exceptional, great choices served by very friendly waiters and waitresses. Great entertainment each and every day and evening in the theatre. Just a shame they didn’t make more of a sail away party as we left each port like other cruise lines do

Excellent service across all services housekeeping bar staff and amazing restaurant staff and incredible menu choices found the drinks package we bought an essential tho didnt utilize 15 drinks a day it took the financial pressure of as cruises are not cheap holidays found most of the entertainment excellent especially the singer Shenise and the group legends that were flown in were exceptional only critiscm the shows could of been at least a good hour know the princess has an older age group but not all in bed for 9 pm! We were told we would get a bottle of fizz or wine our cruise was retirement and 40 th wedding anniversary . . . . . the cruise ship should of just given us the bottle we did have an email but couldnt find it thought rather petty aftet spending in excess of 6300 for the cruise we have put a deposit down for 2027 cruise am awaiting iglu to email to discuss best package we also because of such delays ( 5 hours in all) had to pay our own taxi to Miami as taxi prebooked had to go as price was ramping up at a ridiculous rate we were three hours delayed at Paris airport then 2 hours on Miami airport runway as no gate to go to ! Believe there is compensation available for such delays ?look foreward to hearing from you re cruise 2027 on board Emmerald princess Nov 2027 x

An older ship with lots of character and staff amazing.

Our cruise with Emerald Princess was amazing. We give it 100%. It was packed with non stop entertainment. Fantastic food. Every member of the crew had a smile on their face whilst delivering top quality service. Thank you Princess for a brilliant transatlantic voyage.

Our first experience of Princess and they were very good in all aspects. Due to poor weather conditions they had to re-plan parts of the itinerary on the fly and we could not of expected them doing so well in the circumstances. A great experience!

Lovely little ship, cosy bars,lively bars, quiet spaces, lots to do on board. Fabulous choice of food. Only complaint, no USBpoints

My recent cruise on Emerald Princess to Greenland and Iceland was an amazing experience. The crew were attentive and keen to ensure that we had an amazing cruise and focussed on customer satisfaction. The dining room waitresses delivered a first class service and made us feel welcomed and special every evening. Thank you Georgine and Erika for being so wonderful

Embarkation was a long process taking over 90 minutes to get on board- The entertainment team were first class alas some of the shows were poor and not worthy of being a highlight. Food was generally good especially in the MDR and I received great service & choices as a vegan. Unfortunately the buffet had a tiny section with no hot food vegans options & there were no ingredients or allergens on the labelling food so not sure if I could eat it. Wasn’t aware that Princess runs coach transfers to & from London and this should have been information provided by the Travel Agent. Two pets were cancelled due to bad weather, However all in all great itinerary, ports and entertainment.
