Ship Facilities

Dining

The dining options onboard Regal Princess are endless and your taste buds will explode at the array of delicious cuisine options.

The classically designed dining room - Allegro, still offers you the traditional dining experience of allowing you to sit at the same table with the same table mates and waiters each evening. Offering a new, exciting menu every night, this is always a popular option. Alternatively, if you're looking for anytime dining, one of the other main dining rooms, Symphony and Concerto also offer a la carte meals with menus that change daily.

For those wanting to try speciality restaurants, you are in for a treat onboard the Regal Princess with the Italian restaurant, Sabatini’s and the signature steak house, Crown Grill.

Alternatively, for passengers who prefer a more casual dining experience, the options are endless. From the pizzeria, to the International Café, you can have something to eat at almost any time of day.

Entertainment

The entertainment programme for Regal Princess is set to wow guests and ensure evenings full of smiles.

The Princess Theater is the line’s largest theatre yet, and boasts sophisticated décor, comfortable seating, and is home to some the best entertainment at sea, while Princess Live! is a TV studio used to broadcast events including culinary shows, live concerts, comedy, and game shows.

In the evenings the top deck pools transform into an incredible sound and light show, with dancing fountains that shoot water up to 33 feet into the sky. A unique show that offers something different from the traditional evening shows that we are used to.

Located close to the atrium is Club 6, an energetic dance club that is guaranteed to host fun filled evenings for everyone. With an extensive cocktail menu and a range of music, get those dancing shoes ready!

Princess Casino offers an array of the latest slot machines and tables for those who like to try their gaming hand, or those wanting to learn.

Things to do

Recreation

Onboard Royal Princess there is a wide array of recreational activities to enjoy, from art exhibitions to enrichment programs.

For a leisurely way to spend your free time on the ship, head down to the Piazza where the boutiques and street performers transport you to the centre of European cities. While you’re there, pop into the shops and pick up a designer treat (or two) for unbeatable duty-free prices. For a more unique experience, there’s the chance to admire and bid on a wide range of fine art by the likes of Thomas Kinkade and Michael Godard.

Spa and fitness

The range of recreational activities onboard Regal Princess is impressive, with everything from tennis courts, golf simulators, fitness centre, laser shooting range, croquet area, and much more.

In the fitness centre, as well as making use of the state-of-the-art gym equipment, you can choose among various group classes such as boot camp and yoga should you wish.

After a tough work out, spend some time rejuvenating and unwinding in the Enclave, Sanctuary, or Lotus Spa. The Enclave is Princess Cruise's largest thermal suite - housing a hydrotherapy pool, heated stone loungers, water beds, a steam bath, and steam chamber. Alternatively, the Sanctuary is an adult-only space ideal for escaping the busy areas of the ship, and simply enjoying some quiet time with a drink or light meal.

Or of course for ultimate relaxation, you can choose from a range of treatments provided at the Lotus Spa. A wrap, facial, or full body massage will leave you feeling fresh and calm.

Useful Information

Dress Code

The dress code onboard Regal Princess reflects the class, elegance, and relaxed atmosphere of the Princess Cruises fleet, with smart casual evenings outnumbering the all-important formal nights.

There is likely to be one or two formal evenings per cruise, depending on the length of the sailing. For those who do not like to dress formally, the buffet restaurants and other venues always welcome casual attire.

Regal Princess will be sailing from a few different ports, including Southampton. To find out more, along with other ships sailing from the UK port, read our blog - Cruise Ships Departing From Southampton.
