Amazing trip through the Panama Canal. Emerald princess beautiful, staff amazing can’t do enough for you. Iglu arranged everything even the transfers hotel to cruise ship all hassle free. Ready for the next adventure booked through Iglu cruises

Just returned from 10 days on the Emerald Princes. It was 5 Star all the way. Nothing was to much trouble for the Crew and thank you iglu for making it happen. Already thinking about our next cruise. Thank you

It was a delight with good service

An enjoyable trip with great ports to visit. Shuttle bus charges were set too high and caused a few irate customers to complain. Food and service was excellent and staff very attentive. Staff wire face coverings all the time. Only a handful of passengers also complied.

The crew on Emerald Princess are exceptional, friendly, attentive. Bar staff remember names and drinks. Entertainment staff are very good, they made the trivia and game shows such good fun. Cabin kept very clean and nice to be back to an evening turn down service. Food in buffet was kept hot, well cooked and better choice than we were expecting.

Great holiday around Great Britain May do a similar trip in the future and other parts we were not able to see fully.Have been on Emerald Princess 6 times would recomend

Ship was very clean and all of the staff could not be any more helpful, anything they could do, they would. The only minor thing was that the bathroom shower had a curtain instead of a door. The food choice was excellent and as we had a drinks package, so was the drinks choice. We didn't go on any organised tours as they didn't seem good for value but we were able to do our own trips easily.

Ship and staff were excellent but entertainment was poor. As a vegetarian the food options in the MDR were far too limited.
