The cruise was just to our liking. The staff were amazing especially Johnsen and his team in Latitude 53 plus Ram and his team keeping our cabin neat and tidy. Regards our cabin, it could do with some artwork to enhance to decor. The itinerary was the reason we chose this cruise and the ports of call did not disappoint, except for maybe Guadeloupe.

Overall a good cruise although the cabin was a bit tired as was some of the ship in places.

Over all was impressed with Marella cruise. Good idea having the Navigate - informs daily about everything in the cruise. Good house keeping - special mention to Chris & Ashis. Did 5 excursions- except for the Tobago excursion the rest were good. When disembarking would have appreciated if better guidance was given- which side and where to go and what to expect. Found that the reception staff not forthcoming as the rest.

The cabin was spacious and clean. There were lots of spaces to hang clothes, hats and lots of drawers. The cabin attendants in Deck12 Cris and Ashish were very thorough with the cleaning and helpful. The Captain kept us informed of the progress, weather and about the entertainments. The swimming pools were busy, that is to be expected. The Gym had many facilities and had a quiet room where I was able to do Yoga and meditation. I would recommend Marella explorer for future cruises.

Well organized from start to finish. Very friendly crew. Good atmosphere on the ship. An excellent choice of ports with enough time to explore in each one.

Fantastic cruise with friends 16 th Marella cruise and can’t fault them it was good as ever. Cabin was balcony on deck 9. Always kept spotless by housekeeping team. Entertainment was great and included a Gary Barlow tribute act and a comedian from the uk. All staff are fantastic and always smiling. Food choice was amazing and always found something in either buffet or one of the restaurants where you get served at your table. The drinks suited us and entertainment staff were none stop. We particularly enjoyed the silent disco ! Toilets were always clean and tidy and always got a sun lounger. Will defo be going again with Marella. Ports visited were amazing!!!

Just back from 7 day carribean cruise and 4 night stay in Divi south winds 1st time cruising and we loved it, crew are excellent and all work hard to make life onboard so good We mainly dined at buffet but had a couplenof meals in the restaurants that were good Bars are great mainly drank in the lounge. If you like decent coffee and wider choice of cocktails go for premium drinks package 4 night stay after was great as allowed us to wind down and fully relax after full schedule visiting islands We didnt go on any organiaed packages but its easy to buddy up with others to share taxi fare

Very quick easy check in. Cabin lovely and clean, Staff could not do enough for you very attentive and smiley. Meals very good although late night snacks let things down. Drinks was plentiful and adequate without upgrading. Excursions was available although more expensive through the ship which is always going to be more. . entertainment was very very weak especially the bands in the bars and on the pool deck. The virtual bands should be on stage not screen. The showteam was no more than a school production but did change the 2nd week which was better but we have seen much better west end style on past marella cruises. There was a couple of really good vocalists who held the rest of the showteam up. The guest entertainment was good Brian Conelly Jnr. The comedian we had seen before excellent impressionist but jokes years old. . . the professional dancers was amazing. The guy on the piano Jo in Indigo was also amazing. A good singer too he made that piano sing very very good. The assistant cruise director Jillian out shone the cruise director--a nice girl but something lacking. The restaurant team was amazing. . all in all a good cruise but we have had much better entertainment. . the hosts was very xyz. Did what they needed to and did not interact as in the past you could see it was just a job to most of them. . However we shall be booking again still with Marella as we like the formal down to earth vibes from other cruisers not too posh shall we sat.
