Good cruise overall with happy friendly staff across the board. Nice to see the officers and crew eating in the buffet along with the guests as I feel that made for a more relaxed but still professional atmosphere. Would cruise with TUI again. My only gripe is the whole subbed/towel reservation. I would ban the whole thing - appalling how people do it and job subbed.
Wow, things are changing with Marella, from start to finish, someone in charge has got the whole team working as one, to bring you complete Satisfaction, Enjoyment and Happiness, which comes to you via the Fantastic Crew, in the shape dedicated Service, Beautiful food, Entertainment, Destinations and and waking up most mornings at a new destination, and as we say in England, if you can't beat them!!!!!
No flow to ship at all, up and down to reach anything ? Food fab, staff brilliant! Entertainment great 👍 Clean, but definitely needs upgrading. Shower tiles in cabin needs re grouting But… other than that cabin good comfty beds Only other thing if your sunbathing on deck 12 can’t hear what there saying on mikes? Just returned from a 2 week cruise covering the Croatia itinerary from Dubrovnik good ship nice size easy to get your bearings. The staff were friendly and professional offering excellent service throughout the cruise. There are plenty of eateries on this ship you will never go hungry the food was good to excellent. The entertainment was excellent especially the two guest acts and the ships band Muzzic Unlimited. We had a great two weeks Marella cruises are excellent value for money when you consider your flights transfers and all inclusive board on the ship are included.
