Comfortable cabins with very attentive service. Staff were amazing and appeared happy in their work. Onboard entertainment was amazing, with very talented show cast. Excursions were very good value for money with very knowledgeable local tour guides. Food was good, but could have been a bit better or more co ordinated at times. Sit down breakfasts sometimes arrived with things forgotten and whilst these were retrieved, a cooked breakfast would be getting cold. Good variety of food with special diets catered for very well.
Captain Derek was amazing at the helm and the crew were fantastic especially Menard, Julius and Junaboi looking after our cabin
We were impressed with Marella cruises. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean. P&O. Princess and we think it is as good. The food was very good, portion sizes in main restaurants were very good in comparison to other cruise lines. There was a shortage of bar staff at times . Entertainment was good and varied. The crew were excellent very polite, happy and attentive. We were very disappointed at the last port of call which was Rhodes and we docked at 8am and had to be back on board at 13:30 ! So only half a day and it was one of the best port calls. We were very impressed that once our luggage was collected for the return journey we never saw it again until we arrived at the airport at home. We would definitely cruise with TUI again
An amazing cruise! All the crew were amazing . Easy to embark and disembark. Food superb (i asked the chef- Denis- if he would come home with me !!) The entertainment was great. We loved the collective and Junior My first Tui cruise and we had a great time
