Absolutely incredible we lived every minute of our holidays staff and crew go above and beyond, food is outstanding and the ship is just mind blowing so much to see and do A* Holiday

Beautiful ship with plenty to do for kids and adults alike! So many different zones on the ship to chill or play, and lots of delicious food available throughout the cruise. The ocean view balcony room was very spacious for our family of 3 with lots of space to hang clothes etc. I will definitely be returning to icon of the seas.

What a fabulous ship! Very clean and well maintained. A happy polite crew who are all a credit to the company. Very high quality and standard of food and entertainment. You want for nothing. There are so many food venues, catering for all tastes and available almost all the time. There is something going on at all times, catering for all tastes as well. The shows are very well produced and are excellent standard. The room we had was a sea view balcony. Clean and well provided with storage space. Perfectly ample space for two people with the added bonus of an outside space on your own balcony with table, chairs and footstools.

Icon of the seas was an amazing ship with such friendly staff and many things to do onboard. Ww had an amazing holiday and have already started looking for next year. The balcony we had was great to see each new port every day. One day we had breakfast on the balcony delivered by the staff for free which was a beautiful touch for our honeymoon.

Everything was fantastic on the icon. The staff, accommodation and food were first class. The entertainment was excellent. There was something for all ages. We will definitely be going again

The ship is a destination itself. Ship was exceptionally clean. Staff always smiley and friendly. Food options varied. Dining room staff attentive. Restaurant manager often asking if everything was ok. Loved the new Aqua Marketplace. Did not feel crowded at all and found lots of interesting places to sit. At times the ship seemed empty so well done RC for the excellent layout. Liked the infinite balcony. Made the cabin seem bigger and used the space more than if had a traditional balcony. Lots of quizes during the day. Wizard of Oz was fabulous. Couldn’t fathom the storyline in Effectors. Ice show was good. Duelling pianos was good fun and we went every evening. Musicians super talented but wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. It’s a request show where they play piano and sing separately. Loved Cococay. Loved whole holiday and would recommend. Felt completely safe on the ship and didn’t encounter any rudeness but the usual sunbed blocking happens and I couldn’t understand how people can just leave plates of food on a sunbed or floor and just walk away. Staff were always on hand to pick things up but I felt some people took the mickey. Dining room menus are exactly the same as prior years on other RC ships, would have liked to have seen something new but food for beautifully presented and hot and didn’t have one thing I didn’t like. In my opinion the aqua show on Oasis is much better. Was expecting so much from the Aqua show but just seemed to be people doing tricks and then waiting for the next trick. I couldn’t see how it all fitted together. Had an issue getting on the ship initially which caused a lot of stress - our booking had not been transferred onto their check in system. All in all a fab holiday and I’d do it again.

Fantastic ship. Didn’t feel overcrowded. Always sunbeds available. A lot of children although adult area available. Only downside was only 2 ports, ST Marten and Ponce. Nothing to do in ponce! Fab holiday.

Everything was wonderful, the ship , the services, entertainment. This was become my favourite ship. Hopefully we will sail again with her. .

Icon is an excellent ship, totally amazing.
