Allure of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's largest and most innovative ship, is sister ship of the cruise lines flagship, Oasis of the Seas. At a staggering 222,000 tonnes, and carrying 5,400 guests, she is more than just a cruise ship — Allure of the Seas offers the ultimate resort at sea.

The Oasis class ship offers an incredible experience, on a ship so large that she has neighbourhoods as opposed to decks. The ship boast over 12,000 plants, suites that spread across two decks and cafe's boasting surroundings more akin to New York's Central Park, then to those of a cruise ship. Only equalled by Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas has to be experienced to be believed.

Along with a range of mouth-watering restaurants and bars and so much more to explore, from the Atlantic City-esque Royal Promenade — complete with carousel — to the zip lines and rock climbing walls. The ship boasts more entertainment then you can imagine possible on a cruise ship.

Cuisine and Dining on Allure of the Seas

150 Central Park combines cutting edge cuisine with innovative design. An observation window into the kitchen of this stylish restaurant will give Central Park passers- by the opportunity to watch the executive chef in action. Continuing the tradition, Royal Caribbean’s popular signature steakhouse will offer premium cut, quality meats in an upscale, contemporary setting.

Giovanni’s Table – Influenced by the Tuscan countryside, Giovanni’s will be a casual new Italian restaurant concept offering toasted herbal breads, pizzas, salads, pastas, Italian sandwiches, braised meat dishes and stews. Rustic with a contemporary flair, dishes are served family style in an indoor and outdoor setting to provide an alfresco experience in Central Park.

Central Park Café is an indoor/outdoor gourmet market with walk-up counters, offering a casual dining choice and providing a high level of variety and flexibility. From freshly prepared salads and made-to-order sandwiches to paninis, crepes and hearty soups, guests order directly from the chefs behind the food stations. European pastries, sublime chocolates and decadent fudge round out the offerings. Open for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and late night treats.

Entertainment on Allure of the Seas

Allure of the Seas has the most amazing level of entertainment at sea.

The AquaTheatre Pool largest and deepest freshwater pool at sea at 6.6 metres by 15.7 metres and 5.4 metres deep. The AquaTheatre pool isn't just a pool, it's also home to some of the ship's most impressive shows. Underwater cameras film performers and project images onto two giant LED screens that flank the stage.

Throughout the evenings, the AquaTheatre pool comes alive with beautiful choreographed fountain shows, amid hundreds of water nozzles — some with capabilities of shooting water 20 meters high — programmed to music and lights. There are also diving boars and a trapeze, offering a variety of spectacles throughout the week.

Allure of the seas also boasts a fantastic array of lounge bars to suit every need. Choices vary from the karaoke booths in the sports bar, to the elegant surroundings of the cocktail bar. Whether looking for the perfect Manhattan, a vanilla latte or a pint of cold beer, there is more choice onboard this ship then you can image.

Whatever your mood, you will never be bored onboard Allure of the Seas.

Spa & Fitness on Allure of the Seas

The Vitality at Sea Spa offers everything you would expect from a world class cruise line. There is a fantastic array of treatments to enjoy, fabulous facilities and tranquil, child-free surroundings. Enjoy the pool, hot tub and steam rooms, head to the fully functioning gym, or take one of the many classes available onboard.

Recreation on Allure of the Seas

The breathtaking space of the Boardwalk was inspired by both the seaside piers that dot the coast of England and the nostalgic boardwalks of yesteryear such as Atlantic City. The Boardwalk is a dynamic way to engage in classic fun with a colourful original carousel as well as eateries, retail outlets and carnival games.

A one-of-a-kind and first-ever at sea carousel, the centrepiece of Boardwalk, was especially hand-crafted for Royal Caribbean.

To compliment Royal Caribbean's well known climbing walls and WaveRider surf machine, the Oasis class ships boast a zip line suspended nine decks above Boardwalk. Adventurers take in a birds-eye view of the action below, as the rider speeds diagonally across the open air atrium — a distance of more than 82 feet (25 meters).

Also look out for:

  • Madame Zamara’s Psychic and Tattoo Parlour
  • Smile, a novelty photo shop
  • Candy Beach, a specialty candy store
  • And more boutique shopping than you can wave a stick at, whatever your age

What our customers say

"I booked a Fred Olsen cruise with IGLU last month and was so impressed by the service I received. The staff member I spoke to was Kimberley and she was exemplary. Capable, kind, professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She went through every step of the way calmly and thoroughly. IGLU were recommended to me by friends and I have no hesitation in passing the recommendation along. Well done IGLU and thank you. "

(March 2019)

"So easy to deal with, I studied the Cruise I wanted, did my research with different company's and returned to Iglu. I had three quotes matching Iglu’s cost, but with one phone call they beat the price themselves by £40 without me even asking, how easy was that! "
