Alongside this, Royal Caribbean’s Adventure Ocean brings a wealth of experiences and events for children of all ages. Home to kids clubs specifically for different age groups, from Royal Babies & Tots (6 to 36 months) and Aquanauts (3 to 5 years), to Explorers (6 to 8 years) and Voyagers (9 to 11 years), there’s something for every child to enjoy with this world-class experience; this includes arts and crafts, games, dance parties, science experiments, and more. Recreation

With thrills and spills around every corner, you'll never be left short of things to do onboard Harmony of the Seas.

Guests can test their mettle on the first ever multi-story waterslides at sea. Spanning an astonishing three decks, the ship’s three multi-story waterslides, twist and turn over the exquisite Central Park.

Thrill seekers and adventurous cruisers can set their sights on Harmony of the Seas Ultimate Abyss - the tallest slide at sea, spanning 10 decks. They can also find the ultimate rush on the zip line which spans across nine decks above the Boardwalk.

For the more active of cruises, fantastic views await you at the top of the iconic Rock Wall and there's plenty of opportunity for sports such as basketball, dodgeball and football at the full-sized sports court. Plus, you can ride the waves on the surf simulator, Flowrider, only found onboard Royal Caribbean, whether you're a pro or complete beginner.

Any gaming enthusiasts will love the retro-style Gaming Arcade, which features old and new favourites. Why not take part in some friendly competition, and challenge the whole family to a game of mini golf or go for a spin on the fabulous onboard ice rink?

Spa and fitness

Just like on other Royal Caribbean ships, Vitality at Sea is the place to go to get your fitness fix or have some relaxing downtime at the spa. The fully equipped gym, including weights and exercise machines, will allow guests to work out on their own, get whipped into shape by a personal trainer or even make fitness a little more fun by participating in a group exercise class.

If you want to leave the cruise feeling like royalty, a trip to the onboard spa will have you pampered and revitalised. The huge array of treatments, from acupuncture to hot-stone massages, are sure to make you forget about all your worries and cares for a while.

Harmony of the Seas’ 2026 Amplification

Following a short drydock, Harmony of the Seas is getting an exciting amplification upgrade. From April 2026 onwards, you can expect refreshed venues, and a new selection of entertainment experiences alongside new restaurants and so much more.
