Iglu Cruise customer reviews for Radiance of the Seas
While the staff were excellent, the ship is tired, the casino is too crowded and full of smoke.
It was one of the best cruises we have ever been. The Panama Canal was amazing and awesome.
Holiday overall was excellent, itinerary was superb but ship was tired. Unfortunately we had multiple issues with our cabin which took far too long to resolve. Food was ok, entertainment was eclectic that’s for sure!
Every thing of the holiday was excellent. The only issue we had was being stranded in Memphis as our transfer didnt show or wait and couldn't get hold of anyone. Not very nice being stranded late at night on our own with no contact. Luckily we found a friendly police man who sorted us a lift
