Fantastic cruise with excellent food and entertainment an all round winner for people of all ages. Ship is well maintained and clean and is furnished to a high standard. Ship Excursions are very well planned and organised. We will be taking another holiday with Princess Cruises soon.

We love Princess but the entertainment doesn’t live up to the rest the cruise line has to offer

I have just returned from an enjoyable cruise. Our cabin was well appointed and comfortable. The entertainment was good and the food generally pretty good too.

Itinerary was Niagara, New York and then Enchanted Princess Cruise. The cruise element was very good and surpassed our expectations. The hotels at Niagara and New York were good as were the transfers organised by IGLU. The poorest element of the trip was the Maple Leaf train from Niagara to New York with very little information provided in advance of what to expect. Luggage handling was appalling lifting cases onboard at Niagara Canada to take them off again three minutes later at Niagara USA to then queue to re board the train two hours later. USA immigration were very good and not responsible for the delay. After inspection we stood for over an hour with no information provided by Amtrak.

Excellent service and ship environment. Meals in main dining room generally very good. No library. Needed to ask for tea/coffee making facilities in the cabin. Bar and room service prices not very visible. Emphasis on buying a drinks package. Iglu-organised pre-cruise tour covering Niagara Falls, Amtrak and New York was fantastic, delivering some unforgettable holiday experiences.
