All the staff were supremely helpful and friendly at all times. Overall we enjoyed the cruise. The Rocky Mountaineer experience was exceptional, with attentive staff that worked very hard all the time.

Although I would recommend the Solstice for food, drink, service and friendly staff - the ship needed updating. We found that a number of staff were exceptionally kind, funny, helpful and had time to chat.
