Iglu Cruise customer reviews for Celebrity Constellation
Such a relaxing way of seeing so many different beautiful places! The crew were so helpful - particularly in the restaurant- Gabriel and Blessing who were so friendly and efficient and the cabins were kept clean all the time thanks to Made and Michael!
Cruise ship was an older style, very clean and tidy main areas but cabins not so good. Definitely needs a refurb in some areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was great in the buffet but the main dining restaurant was nice food but very repetitive. Shows and entertainment were also a little poor, the few we saw were good but not great and the choice was low. It was $40 to play bingo! Bedding and towels need renewing. Some of the bedding had holes in it. Not good when it isn’t a cheap holiday. Pool areas were mainly tidy and clean. Pools were good. Drinks were very expensive. Had 3 trips booked with the cruise, again not cheap, 2 were good and 1 was very poor.
Italy-Croatia-Montenegro-Sicily-Italy. Very good throughout. High standards, good service, good choice of destinations. Excursions very expensive though, so booked independently. Recommended.
The cruise was amazing and the food was wonderful. . . . best we've ever had. The transfers and hotel organised by Iglu were also excellent. The only negative I'd give is the extra optional costs. The excursions were so expensive that we couldn't afford any of them for the 5 of us in our family, so we made our own plans by local transport for the destinations where we wanted to travel further out for the day. Also, the drinks were very expensive as we couldn't afford the drinks packages. But overall, and amazing and most memorable cruise. . . . we loved it.
