Having cruised for many years, we were a little disappointed with this cruise. Pros and cons Cleanliness of the ship was very good Our stateroom attendant was excellent and kept our room really clean We enjoyed some of the dining restaurants and quality of food in the Ocean restaurant was excellent. The itinerary of ports was okay, could have been better The entertainment wasn’t great every night, we did enjoy a couple of nights with the comedian and theatre shows. Disappointed to find out after purchasing premium drinks package there was a further additional charge for signature drinks The customer service at the coffee bar could have been a lot better. Excursions and spa treatments very expensive Overall, we did have some nice days.

Throughly enjoyed our time on board. Staff extremely efficient and friendly. Ship very clean. Stateroom excellent. No complaints. Thank you

First cruise and found it all very easy and comfortable

The ship is slightly tired and in need of some updating, the overall experience was wonderful, the staff were lovely and attentive. The entertainment wasn't as good as other ships and having been on many Celebrity cruises, it was disappointing to see some of the same shows again. The outside entertainers were fantastic though.

What a fantastic cruise we have had. Probably the best yet with the fantastic energy from all of the crew. Captain Demitri was a funny yet professional, Bethany was THE best cruise director. Her energy along with all her companions was second to none with the entertainment being first class. The stage cast all had amazing singing and dancing skills. Food and drink service were exceptional. The ship was very clean and staff worked really hard every day. Not forgetting the engineers who kept us safe. Just goes to prove the happiness happens from the top and filters down to everyone. The ship was jumping and full of energy. Sorry if we have forgotten anyone ( we do appreciate you all) Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best cruise ever! ❤️

Enjoyable cruise and nice amenities

For an older ship, she was in immaculate condition. Food, service and entertainment was excellent. We had 2 nights pre and post cruise in Miami which I recommend you do. I have already booked another cruise with Celebrity for later this year and I’ve only been home 3 days! Highly recommend.
