Impressed by the continual work keeping the ship painted, repaired clean and tidy. Felt the Captain had a really good team with efficiency in every dept. All crew members were friendly and helpful and the entertainment was excellent.

Disappointed with lack of toilets! Never before have we come out of a dining room to go to a different deck to find a toilet! Often at least 1 out of Oder and only 3 in the first place!

This was our first cruise, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. TUI/Marella were extremely efficient and well organised, from checking in our bags at Gatwick to finding them waiting for us in our cabin once we were on board. We were very impressed with the ship itself, which offered plenty of restaurant choices. While the buffet food could be improved slightly, this was only a very minor point in what was otherwise an excellent experience. The staff on board were absolutely incredible and consistently friendly throughout the two weeks. Our head housekeeper, Chandran, along with his two team members on Deck 7, couldn’t do enough for us and always did so with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable. A special mention also goes to the friendly barman at Bar 11 (Nedlloyd), who regularly went above and beyond. The onboard shows were top class, with performers who were truly West End worthy — especially the Colombian dancers, who were outstanding. The ship was the perfect size, with something happening at all times, so there was never a chance to get bored. Each island stop was seamless and well organised, and we really enjoyed the itinerary, which allowed us to visit so many different islands which were all like paradise. The staff on the cruise ship is what made our holiday truly special

Definitely not a five star cruise in our opinion. The standards on this cruise was not as we would expect, e. g bedding changes, blood spots on bedding after injury to arm left on sheet most of the 2week holiday. Speciality restaurants prices didn’t match the quality of the food presented especially the Asian restaurant. Better transfer buses to and from the airport in Barbados needs to improve sitting with hand luggage on you knee is not satisfactory.

Loved the whole cruise experience, the entertainment was amazing, the shows, waking up in a different place every day. Food was excellent. We did upgrade to a premier drinks package and was well worth it

Cabin stewards . . Jel , Andre and Salvito. . . were a great team . . . when we asked for something, nothing was a problem. . . . Dancers Ray and Andrea were amazing and taught me how to dance, So friendly, lovely couple . . . Midhum was lovely and a great yoga 🧘‍♀️ teacher

What else can I say, but wow, that a great trip! From waking up in a new port almost daily, to the amazing staff and great selection of different foods to the evening shows that the dance & sing troupe that work so hard to entertain passengers! We have been looking at doing another part of the Caribbean, but alas, TUI & the Marella fleet don’t offer the islands that we want to visit!
