Cruise was very good. Stateroom good. Mix of guests…only 200 Brits, and many more from other countries. This a disappointment as made for a fragmented atmosphere without any vibe. Food and Princess ship was excellent as was the transfers, flight and hotel stay that Iglu arranged.

Excellent ship, clean, decent shows, food ok most of staff were good although we have been with Princess many times and would say some of the staff on this ship did not have the "sparkle" showing in previous Princes voyages

We were on the first sailing after dry dock. The refurbishment was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere on board was great. Food continues to be of a high standard as expected with Princess and the entertainment was good with a lot of choice. The creation of O’Malleys Irish bar was superb and the singer Ciaran created a fabulous atmosphere.

We had a great time on this cruise, the ship was really nice, the only downside was the app used to order drinks and book tables etc, we didn't get to use the dining rooms although we had freedom dining we could never get a table so we ate in the market place buffet every night, but the food was really good and there was plenty of choice, the drinks ordering service was a bit hit and miss, the app told us the drinks were delivered but we didn't receive them on most occasions so we had to order with a real person at the bar, was a bit frustrating but it didn't impact on the holiday at all. Excursions were first class and we are so glad we booked them, we will definitely use iglu cruise again

Great service particularly in main restaurant after getting over chaos on first night. Room steward very attentive. Entertainment mixed though production shows and comedian Jay McGee were first class
