We had a great time away on Majestic and cannot thank Iglu enough for the brilliant service they provided in our booking. It was wonderful being treated as royalty as we arrived at Quebec, taken to our Hotel for 2 nights, then being taken from the Hotel to the Ship. Even the taxi that collected us at Fort Lauderdale was good, despite the awful set up that the port had for passengers coming out of the port and having queue's of people for the coaches, standing in the way of the taxis.

Nice Itinerary, enjoyed the ports of call . Nice compact balcony cabin with excellent attendant. Crew v polite and helpful. Ship v full almost overcrowded esp in the buffet where it was difficult to find a seat,lots of coughing and poor hygiene from many passengers. We enjoyed Symphony restaurant with service from our waiters Reno and Arden. If honest ship too full for us for many reasons.

Fantastic cruise on majestic princess ! Ship was pristine. The food was excellent and the dining staff the best we’ve ever had. The entertainment was great and the fall itinerary was perfect. Cannot praise the cruise enough.

As first time cruisers a bit more explanation on procedures on board would have been welcome. We were invited to a meet the staff event, but at 9. 15am meant either getting up at crack of dawn or early breakfast, so not vey user friendly. Thought it pretty bad that many guests were not making use of wash/hand sanitisers before entering dining room which is where we believe we picked up some kind of bug that ruined the second half of our cruise.

Majestic is a fairly big ship, 4000+ passengers. Didn't feel too busy though, plenty of spaces. Mainly went on this one for the itinerary through Canada and New England, and the scenery was very good. Very blessed by good weather as well, which definitely helped. Princess medallion stuff is great, order drinks on the app to be delivered to where you are, they find you. Service overall on the ship was excellent, apart from some very mixed service in the main dining room, waiters obviously overworked some nights and could be very very slow to order, sort the table etc. Usually had to queue even with reservations. But minor gripe, overall happy with the ship. Don't tend to participate in much entertainment, went to a couple of shows, they were good. Quite US focussed speciality acts. But then 80% of passengers were US, so to be expected. Excursion organisation was exemplary, excursions themselves were ok, but pricey.

Great ship, some small issues but otherwise great. Excursions a little pricey.

Majestic is a tired ship in need of money being spent on it. Rooms were good but balcony space was dirty and needed updating. Found toenal clippings onfloor of balcony on first insprection and they were not removed for three days. Staffing levels have been reduced meaning less staff to see to your needs, especially in the buffet. However, food was good and staff were trying their best tocovermany people onboard. A difficult task for them. Shocked that, having paid for Prtincess plus I was expected to pay extra for a can of tonic although I could drink as many cans of beer asIwished. Standards have slipped while prices have increased and for someone who has sailed withPrincess over 20 times I find this hard to swallow. Entertainment was average but the spa and thermal suite was awesome - highly recommend.

my sister and i had an absolutely wonderful time on the majestic princess the staff were so good and welcoming everything was really good.

Majestic Princess Overhaul very good. We had a drinks package, however if you did not any drinks required would be very expensive. Excursions were very expensive so did not do them.
