Brilliance of the Seas is a fantastic Ship. Our room, an inside cabin through choice, was clean and tidy and well presented. Dining options were plenty and food was very good and tasty. The Windjammer always had a good selection of various foods. Staff were fantastic as always, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another Cruise on the same Ship!

Excellent trip on Brilliance of the seas dining experience was good and only busy on couple of occasions. Very well organised in every respect.

Great cruise holiday. Itinerary was very good and time spent in each destination was reasonable. Very clean ship, friendly service, with all amenities available. Food was excellent throughout the day. Drinks to expensive definitely not great value for money. Shows and general entertainment were very good. Swimming pool small for size of ship.

Great itinerary and ship. Very well looked after by the amazing crew and had a great cruise. Particular highlights were the trip to santorini and athens. Both gorgeous places to visit and booked great excursions that made the visits extra special. Ship was great but lacked pool facilities and entertainment could have been improved. Ship not too big but lots of the Ship felt empty as there didn't seem to be enough entertainment on at various points. Ship life revolves around the centrum (which is great when entertainment is on) but lack of seating means you're often standing whilst the other areas of the Ship are dead. Food in the windjammer buffet was good and there was plenty of choice. Kids enjoyed the variety for every meal and always found something they would like. We booked 'my time dining' but struggled to book any times I'd recommend booking a timeslot in the main restaurant and just cancelling if you decide not to go. You can also turn up without a booking but this wasn't made clear so we only ate in the main dining room once which was disappointing, but windjammer was good so didn't miss out. I would recommend attending the ship intro meeting if possible. A lot of the processes on the ship weren't explained at all suvh as how the drinks packages worked and dining reservations and it often took us a bit of time to work things out. This was our 5th cruise (3rd with Roysl Caribbean) and it is inevitably works slightly differenty each time. Overall facilities on the ship were a bit lacking - not enough entertainment or things to do compared to other Royal Caribbean ships we've cruised on. Used the gym a lot which was good and the kids had a great time at the kids club. Pool was always crowded and towels were down on sunbeds early which meant we struggled to get somewhere decent without sorting early. Excursions were expensive, but we booked most things locally which saved a lot money and were mostly the same companies. We booked a local tour of ephesus (which ended up almost being private with only two families) for 4 for the cost of a single person cost on the ship organised excursion. The same tour company was used and the ship excursion ended up being a group of 40+ which allowed us to beat the crowds on a more personalised tour. Overall a great experience but there were a few minor areas which could have been improved.

Great itinerary, we will never forget the sights of Istanbul. The ship is beginning to show her age a bit, but the crew are great. All in all a very good package.

A journey filled with everything I needed from endless buffets to elegant fine dining, and surprise poolside snacks that hit the spot every time. 🎭 Entertainment – Live shows, laugh-out-loud entertainment on the dance floors at Colony, and themed parties that brought the fun in Centrum thanks to Sergio the activity manager 🌴 Excursions – Explored islands, soaked up local culture, and had a little adventure along the way. 🌊 Relaxation – Lounging at the poolside listening to the live band and recorded music while sailing away and just breathed. Crew- shout out to amazing crews from the restaurant, statrting from Chef Jay who is always available and even cooked us a traditional dish from home, To Louie, Vernie Nessy from Windjammer restaurant, to Novelyn who greets all the guests with such a smile and vibrant energy, To Paula and Valentina and Avee from the Main Dining restaurant who served us the best food and even offer us alternatives. To Joan and Natali from R bar Your Piña Coladas and Gin & Tonics hit the spot every single time. Cheers to smooth sips and even smoother service! and last but not the least a big appreciation to our cabin attendant Putu who always making sure our room was spotless, cozy, and welcoming. Your attention to detail made coming “home”hard work, and to the entire crew your hospitality made the experience truly unforgettable.

Lovely 7 day cruise, first time with Royal Caribbean. The ship was nice however we felt it could do with updating. Excellent customer service, cleanliness and dining.

Enjoyed the cruise, food and the staff were great, entertainment fell below to what we have seen on other Royal Caribbean ships. The ship itself is looking tired and in our view in need of a refurbishment, staterooms especially, (shower curtains in this day) we picked this cruise for the ports the ship visited, going back to the entertainment too many game shows, in our view a good band in the colony club nightly would be a great choice for all age groups. Example Asian Soul on princess cruises. Excursions very expensive, we didn’t our own thing

Brilliant cruise, staff brilliant, the reason I gave one star for excursions and activities is because I never used them. The reason I gave three star for cabin is because I got a solo cabin and it was very small but you only sleep there. Could not fault the ship at all. The drinks are extremely expensive but you get quite a few soft drinks free as I do not drink myself so it didn't cost me anything. Would I go again on another royal caribbean cruise yes of course I have already got another one booked for september
