Your cabin is included in the price of the cruise.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from the buffet and main dining restaurants are all included. Meals from the specialty dining restaurants are additional.

Extras

Drinks

Included with meals are some soft drinks, teas and coffees but the majority of drinks are extra. If you want alcoholic drinks you have three options. You can buy drinks at the bar. You can buy a drinks package (see below). Or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares. They include a drinks package plus other packages for less than the cost of the drinks package on its own.

Wi-fi

To browse the internet on board you have three options. You can pay-as-go, buy a wi-fi package (see below) or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares where a wi-fi package is included.

Specialty Dining

Eating at the specialty dining restaurants is extra. You can pay for meals in those restaurants onboard. Or you get unlimited specialty dining meals included with the Princess Premier fare.

Tips

If you choose the Princess Standard fare, a daily service charge of $16 - $18 per person, depending on your cabin, is added to your account at the end of the cruise. If you choose the Princess Plus or Premium fare this already covered in the cost of your cruise.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Insurance

Have the peace of mind that you're covered. Contact us after you have made the booking if you would like us to add this to your package.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

I found the ship, crew, food and entertainment to be excellent. Some of the theatre shows were worthy of the West End in London. Nothing was too much trouble for the crew and I found he ship to be spotless. My room and balcolny were cleaned and tidied daily. In addition to this, the general organisation of Princess was excellent. I would not hesitate to sail with them again.

This was our first cruise with Princess, and overall we were very happy with our experience. The ship is kept in pretty immaculate order, very clean and tidy. The crew are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and our cabin attendant adapted to the timing of our daily comings and goings and fitted in his service visits accordingly. We took breakfast and lunch in the buffet, where there was a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes and dietery needs. I particularly enjoyed the sugar-free dishes, which provided a rare opportunity for me, as a diabetic, to enjoy a sweet dessert. We took our evening meals in Estrella and soon met up with some like-minded dinner companions to share a table with. Food generally was excellent. Only two dishes failed to hit the spot. One was a pasta-based dish that was served with an entirely bland sauce that tasted like an unseasoned bechamel, and the second was a risotto that was pleasantly flavoured, but overcooked to the point where it had the texture of UK rice pudding. It was also a little peculiar that steaks were initially served without the benefit of a sharp steak knife, rendering them difficulty to eat. This changed towards the end of the cruise, so I assume that complaints were received and acted upon. We did take a meal one evening in the Crown Grill, which was generally very good, apart from the pepper sauce being a little too salty for my taste. I'm not entirely sure that it was good value for money as the cost is extra to a "free" meal in one of the main dining rooms. Nothing is ever perfect, of course, but the Princess experince was pretty close. We will certianly cruise with them again in the future.

Ship was excellent, staff were amazing. Only small thing was the smell from the casino to disguise the smokers, whatever it was it always made me feel nauseous.
