My husband and I adore this ship. We have spent the most wonderful times onboard and created incredible memories. However this last trip felt somewhat lacking. It’s hard to say this but the service fell short of what we are used to. The food served had taken a nose dive! The lectures were what can only be described as bland with the exception of the motorbike chap whom my husband loved and adores his talks. We are booked on again for the Caribbean celebration. I can only pray that things will improve. I have travelled regularly with Cunard and have loved every trip. This is the first time I have ever criticised xx
