Christened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2004, the Queen Mary 2 retook her place as the proud flagship of Cunard’s fleet after a total refurbishment in 2016. Although she has 14 passenger decks and measures 1132 ft, Cunard pride themselves on the small details aboard the QM2 for a truly regal cruising experience.
Technically classed as an ocean liner, Queen Mary 2 harks back to the golden age of cruising and ocean travel. This is not only celebrated in her grand décor and furnishings but also in her iconic transatlantic voyages between Southampton and New York, and her annual world cruise.
Cunard celebrate the traditions of British cruising with separate dining for guests depending on their accommodation class and quintessential Afternoon Tea. In Britannia class on Queen Elizabeth luxury is as standard while in Grills, you can expect only the best Cunard has to offer in your intimate restaurant and exclusive deck and lounge.
Alternative dining options onboard the Queen Elizabeth include The Verandah restaurant for high class French cuisine and the Golden Lion pub and Lido buffet for some cosy home comforts in a more relaxed setting. In addition, when the urge takes you, simply order to your room and enjoy a meal on the balcony.

There are a host of organised events too, such as seminars, workshops and dance classes while the children will be kept amused in the arcade and Play Zones.
