The neo Riviera was a lovely ship, the staff were all so helpful, food was plentiful, tasty and nicely presented.The ship was always lovely and clean. The package we booked included flights, transfers and the cruise. This all went smoothly except for when we got to the ship,firstly the Costa rep came on the coach and spoke the whole welcome in Italian although we told him we were English. When we got off the coach there was nobody to tell us where o find the ship and we were make our own way into the building that led to the ship. I have to say after this we did have a very enjoyable holiday and will travel with Iglu and Costa again.
