Iglu Cruise customer reviews for Bolette
Our first sea cruise with Fred Olsen. Wow! The staff are second to none, incredibly professional, super pleasant and cant do enough for you. Just incredible. That goes for EVERY area of staff. Its all the little details they cover, knowing your names, helping with anything, making your omelette or coffee just how you want it. The food was utterly incredibly tasting and a vast menu. Every single meal was superb. We opted for a joined table and were lucky enough to have a great group of 6 people that we went to shows with and even go for drinks with. We were from Lancashire, Yorkshire and berkshire. Communications, hospitality and customer care was exceptional. The entertainment teams were talented and didn't disappoint. Shout out to the the wonderful musicians also. We have booked again and will continue to do so. Thankyou 🥰
A lovely cruise with excellent helpful staff, comfortable cabins and lounges. Dining was very good with delicious food at all sessions and plenty of options. Enjoyed the speakers and the helpful wildlife guys. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful Norwegian cruise on Bolette. The whole cruise was amazing and I cannot praise Fred Olsen enough. Spacious cabins with every comfort, staff that go above and beyond, great food available all day long and an excellent choice of on board entertainment each and every day.
From the moment you board the Bolette the service from all staff is amazing. Your cabin is ready and is immaculately presented and is kept that way by superb attention to detail by the staff . From the restaurant staff and the crew who look after all the deck areas, the bar staff who work tirelessly to provide amazing service - the entertainment and show crew are brilliant. There is nothing but a 5 star review from my experience. Very many thanks to everyone who made my first cruise so memorable.
