Tips
Ambassador operate an automatic service charge and gratuity system which is automatically added on to your onboard account. When upgrading to the Ambassador fare this is already included in the price you are paying where as with the Standard fare you'll have to pay this extra charge after your cruise. This is approximately £7 per person per day.
Excursions
If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Parking
Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. 1st cruise with this company - and loved it - value for money was excellent, although found trips were expensive. Staff were attentive and polite - must be hard work at times as the great British public are not always great. Loved the fact it was not too "glitzy" but comfortable with plenty of space. Food was good - evening meals excellent - but could do with a reorganize of where some of the food (Buffet) are - drinks could do with being relocated BUT all in all these are minor things. Never a big fan of shows - however those on board were excellent. Bars good and you soon find a spot that becomes a favourite. Have booked for the 6th May next year as I LOVED it.

First cruise travelled with my husband our son and his girlfriend, we loved it, from the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, the staff were brilliant so friendly, food was fabulous, you never went to bed hungry, we visited Iceland and we had a bit of bad weather but that was quickly overcome and we got ashore safely. I would definitely recommend this type of holiday and look forward to doing more.
