Wi-fi

To browse the internet on board you have three options. You can pay-as-go, buy a wi-fi package (see below) or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares where a wi-fi package is included.

Specialty Dining

Eating at the specialty dining restaurants is extra. You can pay for meals in those restaurants onboard. Or you get unlimited specialty dining meals included with the Princess Premier fare.

Tips

If you choose the Princess Standard fare, a daily service charge of $16 - $18 per person, depending on your cabin, is added to your account at the end of the cruise. If you choose the Princess Plus or Premium fare this already covered in the cost of your cruise.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Insurance

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Our holiday was very good. The only problem was because it was a cold country who went to Norway. I came back with pneumonia. I need to change next year‘s holiday from a code holiday do something warmer as I’ve been so ill.

This was my first time with Princess & my companions first cruise. Apart from a slight hitch at embarkation the entire cruise was very good. Food quality & choices were good, particularly in the ever popular World Food Market. The Main restaurants we used were the most disappointing, with the menu being exactly same in differemt named Main venues. All staff were EXCELLENT, especially Wayan, our 5⭐️ stateroom attendant. Our destinations were stunning & excursions good. Entertainment, in particular the Theatre shows, were 5⭐️ West Emd quality.

Princess Cruises offers both traditional dining and their flexible 'Anytime Dining'. Anytime Dining is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m. On most Princess ships the traditional dining times are as follows: Early seating is at 5:30 p.m. 1st seating is at 6 p.m. 2nd seating is at 8:15 p.m.

Princess Cruises offers a wide range of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium choices. Guests can notify the cruise line in advance, and the onboard dining team strives to cater to individual dietary requirements.

Cruises to and from Southampton have no specific baggage quantity limit but require each piece to weigh no more than 23kg for ease of handling. When flying to or from the ship, whether via charter or scheduled flight, luggage restrictions generally range from 20 to 23kg per person. Ensure no individual item exceeds 23kg to facilitate safe handling by the ship's crew.

Princess Cruises embraces a smart-casual approach for evenings, with occasional formal nights. Smart-casual attire includes dresses, skirts, or slacks for women, and collared shirts with dress pants for men.

Iglu Cruise has a team in place to provide necessary assistance to make your holiday run smoothly.
