Cannot fault everything on the ship. However, the ports and trips were well below what we expected. Especially the ports. At Bangkok we were 2 hours away from the city. Thats like docking at Poole and calling it London! We were in awful container ports overnight and military docks. Other cruises were much closer. They obviously saved loads of money. The coaches were all over an hour and a half to get anywhere, even shuttles. I would want docking information before I ever booked again. The China cancellations were hugely disapointing and missing one of the Taiwan stops as a result of not going to China was also annoying. As neither of us drink, a non drinks pack age and trips not included would be better for us in the future.

The Staff in the bars, restaurants and cabin staff were fantastic. We liked the on board laundry service. The Cabin was excellent, but we were disappointed that there wasn't tea and coffee making facilities in cabin. We thought there was lack of warm on the ship, especially over the Christmas festivities. We felt that the Captain and Senior officers could be more visible and friendly. It was a pity that we couldn't have stayed in Napier to see the new year in, rather than be at sea.

We had a wonderful holiday. The ship was truly magnificent and the Baltic ports of call very interesting.
