We have just had a briiliant cruise to Iceland and Norway on the Norwegian Star. The whole experience as first time cruisers has been excellent. From start to finish the fantastic crew could not have done more to make it a holiday of a lifetime. The ports of call and the trips on offer were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

The food was disappointing on Norwegian Star with the buffet not served hot enough. There were no speakers on the sea days which was poor. The evening shows were good and there was always room to get into the theatre and the restaurants were very well organised with very little waiting for a table. A nice touch was hot soup to greet us on returning to the ship in Iceland and Norway. We couldn't hear/understand the announcements so overall, a mixed experience.
