I'd like to make a special mention to our cabin crew Monique, Roland & John. They were fantastic in catering to all our needs. Our cabin (7602) was kept spotless at all times, with coffee and tea always replenished when needed.
Each day our towels were folded into various animals and left on the bed for our enjoyment.
When we did have a problem with our shower not draining properly and on another occasion the TV had stopped working, we simply mentioned it to them as we were leaving the cabin and they would report it straight away and both problems were fixed when we had returned later in the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, constantly asking us did we need anything. 10 out of 10 service ☆.

From Captain John to cabin stewards, service, friendliness, attitude and effort was outstanding, thank you so much. The entertainment team and theatre singers and dancers were as good as we have experienced during our 22 cruises. Keep doing the same, thanks again.
* Please note - Itineraries calling into Venice and Dubrovnik will incur a small tourist tax per person, this will be added to your onboard account during the cruise.
