Wi-Fi

This price is based on the standard fare so doesn't include Wi-Fi. If you want to use the internet while onboard you can upgrade to the "Have it all" package which includes the Wi-Fi Surf package. Alternatively you can buy an individual Wi-Fi package from $34.99 per day.

Drinks

Included with meals are some soft drinks, teas and coffees but the majority of drinks are extra. If you want alcoholic drinks you can upgrade to the "Have it all" package which includes drinks. Alternatively you can buy drinks individually at the bar.

Tips

The price of this cruise is based on the standard fare where a daily service charge of between $17-19 per passenger per day (amount depends on the cabin) is added. Alterntively you can upgrade to the "Have it all" package where tips are included in the price.

Specialty Dining

Specialty restaurants allow travellers to enhance their dining experience during the cruise. This is a great way to add variety to your holiday or celebrate a special occasion. You can pay for meals in the special dining restaurants onboard.

Car parking

Car parking at the port or airport is not included in the cost of your cruise, and this cannot currently be booked through Iglu Cruise. However, please contact us after you have made your booking if you would like to add this to your package, so we can discuss options. An approximate cost for parking during a cruise is around £12 to £20 per car per day. Alternatively, transfers can be arranged.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Lovely ship, smaller and quieter than some admittedly but that was a plus as far as I was concerned! Boarding was very smooth and quick, food was great in all restaurants including the buffet. Room service was also excellent. Everything was well organised and the staff were all brilliant Would definitely travel HAL again

Overall, I had a very enjoyable cruise and there were many things that I particularly appreciated. The cabin was very good, comfortable and well appointed. The only drawback was its location underneath a music venue, which meant that it could be quite noisy between around 9 pm and midnight. The food and service in the main restaurant, the Dining Room, were excellent and were among the highlights of the cruise. The food in the Lido Market was also good, offering a pleasant and convenient alternative. Service in the bars was sometimes a little slow, but this did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The destinations were excellent and gave us the opportunity to visit some wonderful places. It was just a shame that the timing of some visits was not always ideal. For example, our visit to Victoria was scheduled between 8 pm and 11:30 pm, which did not really allow enough time to see and experience the city properly. Overall, the cruise was a very positive experience, with a comfortable cabin, excellent food and service in the Dining Room, and some fantastic destinations. While there were a few minor disappointments, such as the noise from the music venue, slower service in the bars, and the timing of some port visits, these did not overshadow what was, on the whole, a very enjoyable trip.

Just returned from 7 night Alaska cruise on Eurodam from Seattle. Boarding was well organised and quick , facial recognition now being used, love it or hate it the process speeds up all visits to ports etc. The ship , even though older appears to be well maintained though beginning to be a little dated now. Staff were excellent all over ship , friendly and attentive. Food was generally very good , buffet compared with some ships was a better choice and standard of food. Our biggest surprise was how uncrowded the ship felt in all areas even though it was a full sailing, makes a pleasant change from the new ships where public spaces are full and crowded. Itinerary was great with only 1 full sea day . Entertainment was good but perhaps a little subdued at times
