Sail on Celestyal Olympia for a unique and unforgettable cruise holiday with distinctive Greek influences. Offering stylish and comfortable cruises to the Mediterranean Ocean and Aegean Sea, the exciting itineraries and ports of call offer plenty to see and do ashore. Whether you're a first time cruiser or a seasoned voyager, Celestyal Olympia is the perfect ship for every type of guest.
When it comes to dining, Celestyal Olympia offers both formal and casual dining options, all of which showcase the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean thanks to the dedicated team of chefs onboard. The Aegean Restaurant is the ship’s main dining room and boasts tempting menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all with a Greek influence, while comfort food classics such as burgers and fries are also on offer.
For something a little less formal, The Leda Buffet and Aura Grill are open most of the day for casual dining and provide outdoor seating if you want to make the most of the fresh sea air. Here you can expect a varied breakfast buffet, Greek salads and seafood for lunch, and staple Greek dinner dishes.
Once evening arrives, the ship lights up with evening entertainment that ranges from live music to dance performances and karaoke competitions. There is also a Greek Night during your cruise which celebrates the line's Greek roots and gets everyone involved in an unforgettable night onboard. What's more, for those moments when you want to simply relax with a drink in hand, there are many bars and lounges available for chilling with a cocktail or socialising with friends. In addition, if you find yourself feeling lucky, you can head to the onboard casino and see if you can hit the jackpot on the slot machines and games tables.
During your time onboard, Celestyal Olympia has several options for guests who like to stay active. As well as a small gym, those who prefer a more social workout can make the most of the Zumba and dance classes during their cruise. On the other hand, for those who prefer something a little slower in place, there's plenty to choose from. From arts and crafts, language lessons and cooking demonstrations to a spa, there's more than enough opportunity to enjoy a few hours of well-deserved relaxation.

A fost o placere si bucurie sa-i privesc . Mihaela

The staff were first class and cannot praise them enough for their wonderful service. We upgraded to a balcony and all inclusive which resulted in private dining with full waiter service separate from the buffet style dining. I thought the drinks package would only include local wine and spirits but was wrong as all spirits were a recognised brand and included a wide variety of cocktails. Ship was spotless and cabin cleaned every day with a complementary delivery of hand made chocolates and beautifully decorated petit fours daily. Excursions were very organised and well communicated. Would recommend this cruise.

I must say, I was extremely disappointed, when at 3 of the islands, Mykonos, Patmos and Santorini, we did not arrive until a few minutes before darkness. My partner and I were on Patmos for no more than 50 minutes. I cannot see the point of being taken to see these beautiful islands at a time when you cannot see them or take photos of them. Santorini was a little better, but within 20 minutes of landing, it too was in complete darkness. I was not the only person to complain about this. Other people on board were unhappy about it. We felt that there were too many islands crammed into 4 days. I await your response.

Some good points but don't expect the ship to be the same standard as a more luxury cruise ship e.g. Cunard The size of the ship is good with only 9 floors and plenty of lifts which arrive quickly. Our inside room was small so only twin beds available with a small table in between. No tea and coffee in the room and room service is charged for. Some areas are tatty but we saw this ship as more of a means to reach a lot of destinations in a short (4 days) period Staff were mostly very helpful and all spoke reasonable English despite not many British people on board, mostly Greek, American, Japanese, Spanish etc. Food and drinks were good with a reasonable selection of drinks in the all inclusive basic package. We enjoyed the cocktails with a varied menu Nice buffets on deck such as a Greek night and a BBQ buffet. Food in the main restaurant is also good with self service for breakfast and lunch and waiter service at night. Now to our disappointment, we booked because of the itinerary and especially the all inclusive tours. You don't have any choice about these and we enjoyed Ephesus very much. Our second tour was cancelled due to a bus drivers strike. We were then offered a walking tour of Rhodes instead with a visit to the archaeological museum. We chose not to do this as we had visited Rhodes last year and seen most of this town. We were disappointed not to be able to do the bus tour so we went to ask if we could have a replacement tour the next day. They totally refused any kind of refund or replacement stating that it was not their fault the strike happened and they had put on the walking tour. We explained that we had paid for an 'all inclusive' cruise and the cost of the cancelled tour was 150 Euros. We only booked with Celestyal because of the different destinations. We also paid extra for the Patmos visit. There was no way they would give us any kind of replacement tour or refund and they claimed that the tours were 'complimentary' even though we paid more for this cruise than for a Cunard one the year before. It was such a shame because it really spoilt what had been a nice holiday up to that point and especially as we had booked this for our 40th anniversary and spent a little more than usual. Sad to say that I can't recommend this, I have now done almost 20 cruises and it is the only one where I have felt let down by the attitude of the excursion staff and policy of the company
