Couldn’t fault anything. The ship had everything you need , plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, all very good quality. Service was brilliant, staff very happy and helpful. Getting on and iff ship was extremely well organised far better than the bigger cruise ships weve been on. Excursions were well managed and executed. All in all would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again

We found nearly all of the staff to be really friendly and helpful. The cruise director worked incredibly hard. Food and entertainment were good with the exception of the buffet which could be a scrum for mediocre offerings. Strange rules such as not making milk available for the tea and coffee between meals. We did not participate in any activities so cannot rate them. The excursions were good but time management was poor. One excursion started 45 minutes late! One day, we received a message in our letter rack telling us that our tour for the following day was cancelled and that we should attend the shore excursion desk between 7 and 8am. We only found the letter at 8. 15am, so went to the desk at the advertised opening time of 1-2pm. No one was there and the nice people on reception called the manager to ask her to come but she said she would be at least half an hour so we decided to return in the evening. The girls on the desk passed our query to the manager but we could not find a suitable alternative excursion so we lost the money The manager was very unhelpful and disinterested. On balance we felt that the cruise was more suited to young families than to us oldies.
