The celebrity infinity is the oldest ship in the fleet and looks it. Arrived at Athens airport and no transfers so we had to get our own taxi this was to be reimbursed The cabin was good apart from the bathroom which was needed a complete facelift having said that everything worked well Staff were excellent The food was excellent, the service in the restaurant was very slow so slow we ate mainly in the buffet Entertainment varied from very good to very average Returning home we could not check in on the airline website, guest services sorted but our new tickets had different numbers and booking references? We got on the coach to the airport, when we arrived at the airport - no luggage, it was on the next coach thankfully, These hiccups in organization are not what you want

Great ship and great crew. Enjoyed quality food in Blu restaurant, wonderful entertainment, plenty of things to get involved, good facilities and more than enough drink! We did our own thing during all visits on the itinerary and had a fantastic time. Some absolute stars amongst the team onboard.

The food in the ocean food cafe was just ok and the menu was very poor for the English. Breakfast in Trellis deck 4 was very good in the morning but poor for lunch on sea days. The dinner in the evening on deck 5 had much the same menu every night and would need to be looked at. Our waiter Pedro was excellent but over worked as most times he didn’t have an assistant waiter to help him. The entertainment was excellent and also the entertainment manager was brilliant. Our room attendant JAY was excellent and very attentive to us, He definately deserves promotion. The. embarkation was very good and quick. Overall all the staff were very attentive and friendly Coming from Royal Caribbean and diamond members we were very disappointed with the way the drinks were set out, you had a 2 hour slot from 5pm to 7pm for unlimited drinks and you could only get what was on their drinks menu, on Royal you had 4 free drinks where you could have them anytime throughout the day and whatever drinks you wanted including cocktails and speciality coffees
