We flew with Norse Atlantic and all went smooth no major issues. The seats are not as big a pitch as TUI so not very comfortable. The ship is massive lots of facilities but lots of passengers. Never saw altitude open over the two weeks we were on. Our balcony cabin on deck 12 was great spacious had everything we needed. The Caribbean Ports visited were good enjoyed the days at sea to relax and the two day stay in Antigua and Barbados. Entertainment was generally very good with some good shows and acts. Found it difficult to get seats in the amber lounge, clubhouse and Brodies not enough seats. You have to get into the main theatre early to get a seat for the main show. There is the morning rush to get sun beds , I observed the sun beds all gone around the pools by 0600. Although we didn’t have a problem finding one elsewhere up to about 0900. Was unable to book restaurant reservations using the app , it’s a waste of time, just turned up and got seated in the main dining room.

Enjoyed cruise but didn’t enjoy Martinique nothing there to walk around, place was scruffy a mess. Had a room with a jacuzzi below therefore never had any quiet time on the balcony. Seemed to have too many curries on deck 16, not everyone enjoys them.

Nice ship, very well organised. The cabin was fine, clean and well maintained. Lots of deck activities on sea days.

The ship is beautiful but also huge, it takes a lot to find your way around and in sea days as the ship was full it was very busy and often difficult to find sun loungers and seats. The food was very good with a fantastic choice of restaurants from the Horizon buffet to the high end Epicurean and everything inbetween. Our cabin was lovely, we had a balcony cabin on deck 12 midships it was a good size, well equipped and spotless. All the staff work really hard to make your holiday a wonderful experience. We found the entertainment of a very high standard and enjoyed all the shows. Some tips, book restaurants, trips and shows before you board if you have particular preferences as most were sold out once in board especially at the busy times i. e. the 8. 30pm show and many of the restaurants. All in all we enjoyed this cruise. It is unpretentious and good value for money. It was too busy at times and I prefer a smaller ship but because of its size you are spoiled for choice which is good. Personally, I would have liked a games room where we could play cards and board games and a few more lectures.

Had a fantastic time on board the Arvia. Such a shame we missed Martinique and Tortola due to the issues with the airspace and Venezuela trouble. Had no compensation from P&O so a bit disappointing but overall the cruise was amazing and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Wonderful ship—beautifully clean, well maintained, and staffed by people who are consistently hardworking and genuinely helpful. Our holiday got off to a rocky start due to the incident in Venezuela, which meant it took several extra days to actually reach the ship. Communication from P&O during that period wasn’t great, but given the logistical nightmare they were dealing with, that’s understandable—and it has nothing to do with Arvia itself. The only real downside was the atmosphere sometimes created by fellow passengers. Too many seemed to abandon basic courtesy the moment they stepped on board, preferring to complain loudly about everything and treat the crew with a surprising lack of respect. Why anyone would choose negativity and rudeness as their holiday pastime—especially towards staff who work so hard to make the experience enjoyable—is something I’ll never understand. We would actively seek out places where there were less of those types of people - the bar at Sindhu was our favourite haunt as it was always quiet and we could get a booth for the 4 of us without the constant tirade of the entitled.
