Passengers on this tour will be picked up from all downtown Toronto hotels on the day of the tour between 08:30 am and 09:00 am. Passengers should be prepared – and allow for – roughly 15 minutes both before and after the confirmed pick-up time to account for unforeseen delays (e.g. heavy traffic)

Experience Substitution
On the days when the cruise on the Niagara City Cruises boat is not operating (primarily during the winter months), this experience will be substituted with the Journey Behind the Falls – an attraction that will see visitors descend 125 ft. by elevator and pass through a short tunnel to access several observational decks located directly behind Niagara Falls.
Additional Tour Information

Upon confirmation, passengers will then be given a designated pick-up time and location for the day of the tour.

Lovely cruise, stunning scenery.
I couldn’t fault a thing apart from the Lido buffet. Compared to the P and 0 cruises we have been on it was very disorganised. The hot water for tea and coffee was stored in a plastic container and not free flowing from a machine, hence lukewarm warm. I think this needs addressing.
The entertainment and cruise director was top class.
The staff on the ship, were great. Very efficient and very friendly.
State rooms were very nice and we took advantage of the laundry service.
We would definitely recommend Zaandam and travel with her again.
Thank you Iglu for arranging this fabulous holiday of a life, you were as usual excellent.

Brilliant service throughout, especially from Made and Hari - the cabins were spotless twice a day and they couldn't do enough for us. Food good, bar staff excellent and leisure activities, classes etc were great. Good gym and facilities generally, not too many crowds anywhere, including the pools.

Zaandam is a beautiful ship, tastefully decorated with a feel of being on a large yacht rather than a ship.
The food was very good, the staff were professional & polite. Our room steward was very conscientious, I felt he really cared about our comfort & was always available if needed.
She is definitely a ship I would sail on again.

While in Niagara Falls, you’ll embark on a thrilling river cruise on the Niagara City Cruises boat, affording you a truly unique perspective of the breathtaking Horseshoe Falls – the largest of Niagara Falls’ waterfalls – and indulge in a first-class six course buffet lunch at Fallsview Restaurant – which, as the name suggests, comes with its own fantastic views of the falls. During this day tour, you’ll also have some free time in the quaint town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, one of Canada’s prettiest towns and a fantastic place to visit while you’re in Ontario. With the chance to explore the impressive Niagara Falls alongside immersing yourself in this region’s culture, this comprehensive experience is perfect for sightseers and thrill-seekers alike.
Things to see:

Niagara River Parkway
Winding along the Niagara Gorge, this scenic drive runs parallel to the Niagara River from Fort Erie, through Niagara Falls, and up to Niagara-on-the-Lake; on your drive from Niagara Falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake, you’ll see the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens, the Niagara Whirlpool, and more stunning sights.

Once the historic site of the Battle of Queenston Heights during the War of 1812, this beautiful national park sits atop a unique promontory approximately 300 ft above the Niagara River.
