We had a brilliant experience on Sun Princess, which is a modern ship maintained in tip top condition and brilliant staff. I would say it's less for families than RCL as less kids facilities but that is a positive for many as the pool area was very relaxed but certainly not without food and drink facilities. Restaurants and bars were superb and no shortage of entertainment either. We had a wonderful time and would certainly go with Princess again.

Staff were very friendly and the fellow passengers were too.

Let down by transfer from ship, after a long wait at the terminal, we had to use taxi service.
Iglu and your transfer agent let us down badly! And we are still awaiting a refund for the taxi expenses!
Also, we heard from the cruise line about an itinerary change long before that change was confirmed by iglu.
Cannot fault the cruise line, Princess cruises, but our booking agent certainly needs to up their admin!!
