Drinks

Included with meals are some soft drinks, teas and coffees but the majority of drinks are extra. If you want alcoholic drinks you have three options. You can buy drinks at the bar. You can buy a drinks package (see below). Or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares. They include a drinks package plus other packages for less than the cost of the drinks package on its own.

Wi-fi

To browse the internet on board you have three options. You can pay-as-go, buy a wi-fi package (see below) or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares where a wi-fi package is included.

Specialty Dining

Eating at the specialty dining restaurants is extra. You can pay for meals in those restaurants onboard. Or you get unlimited specialty dining meals included with the Princess Premier fare.

Tips

If you choose the Princess Standard fare, a daily service charge of $16 - $18 per person, depending on your cabin, is added to your account at the end of the cruise. If you choose the Princess Plus or Premium fare this already covered in the cost of your cruise.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Insurance

Have the peace of mind that you're covered. Contact us after you have made the booking if you would like us to add this to your package.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Ship was fantastic even with so many guests didn’t feel overcrowded Sea days a bit crowded but ok First weeks entertainment was very good Second week entertainment was not so good Disappointed two ports of call changed Food was excellent in Eatery Food in Eclipse dining room average I’d like to mention how good Leishia in Eatery was and Esther Danielle and particularly Angel were in Casino The bar in casino is a good idea but don’t like smoking environment We liked the new style of layout of ship contrary to reviews I had read

The best ship I’ve been on so far! The food, drinks and staff were amazing. Never had an issue finding a sunbed, never felt crowded. The only reason I’ve not given a 5* is the entertainment. I found the evenings a little strange. The main arena entertainment was good, but no one seems to go? I felt awkward in a room of great talent with only a handful of people present. I also thought the dome had shows on from the videos I saw but it was an empty disco every night. It felt like most the ship went to bed by 9pm. We also were heavily upsold to when onboarding to upgrade from plus to premium. I almost did but so glad we didn’t. We could not get into any premium restaurants, they were already fully booked out. Only one we went to we booked before the cruise for a special occasion which was exceptional. Keep that in mind if you are thinking about it. I like to go with the flow so pre booking every night does suit me. But if you do, then it’s excellent value. The medallion technology is amazing too! Really speeds up ordering process for everyone. I would 100% go on the ship again and highly recommend. The plus package was plenty. I’d simply adjust my evening expectations to be a bit more laid back.

Beautiful ship. Good shows , great outdoor seating . Shame smoking allowed on rear deck and lack of seating in Piazza. Staff were wonderful as was boarding and leaving the ship. All very well organised

Princess Cruises offers both traditional dining and their flexible 'Anytime Dining'. Anytime Dining is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m. On most Princess ships the traditional dining times are as follows: Early seating is at 5:30 p.m. 1st seating is at 6 p.m. 2nd seating is at 8:15 p.m.

Princess Cruises offers a wide range of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium choices. Guests can notify the cruise line in advance, and the onboard dining team strives to cater to individual dietary requirements.

Cruises to and from Southampton have no specific baggage quantity limit but require each piece to weigh no more than 23kg for ease of handling. When flying to or from the ship, whether via charter or scheduled flight, luggage restrictions generally range from 20 to 23kg per person. Ensure no individual item exceeds 23kg to facilitate safe handling by the ship's crew.

Princess Cruises embraces a smart-casual approach for evenings, with occasional formal nights. Smart-casual attire includes dresses, skirts, or slacks for women, and collared shirts with dress pants for men.

Iglu Cruise has a team in place to provide necessary assistance to make your holiday run smoothly. If anyone in your party requires medical or mobility assistance, notify your Cruise Specialist at the time of booking or as soon as possible if circumstances change after booking. The Special Assistance Team will email a form 6-8 weeks before departure, which must be completed and returned.

Travel requirements

All passengers (including all children), should hold their own full 10-year (5 years for children) British Citizen (GBR) passport. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date to the UK, as this is often a criteria for entry to certain countries.
