Had an amazing time on Queen Victoria. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Beautiful traditional feel to the ship. Food was of a very high quality in the various restaurants with an extensive choice in the buffet restaurant. Have not used Cunard before but will definitely use again. We usually holiday with P&O and although the Queen Victoria is a smaller ship the amenities were just as good. The only thing you have to be careful of is the service charge.

Excellent food and staff. Lots of people concerned of 18%, up from 15% last year. Lots of people unhappy about being charged for shuttle buses to get on shore (poor docking positioning very often!!!). Entertainment acts in the Royal Court Theatre could be better. . . Beautiful Ship!!!
