It was Norway and snowy. No Northern Lights really appeared. Plenty to do on ship, which was just as well as it turned out to be 3 days on land and 8 at sea, rather than the 6 days on land and 5 days at sea! Something I feel quite disappointed about and misled!
The food was great, and thanks to someone in the Britannia Restaurant paying great attention to my strict diet, I ate very well. The 'Afternoon Tea', however was not up to a 5 star hotel in England.

It wasn’t what I expected, The ship wasn't as good as any other I had been on . We stopped at some lovely places. The weather made us miss out on our last port of call so we had 4 days at sea coming back and couldn’t dock any where else that the captain had tried. So we had to sail home at a reduced rate of knots. There was no night set to dine at the captains table like on other boats we had been on. But we did see the northern lights and that made our holiday special.

The ship was beautiful. The staff were excellent. Entertainment was first class . We were well looked after. Unfortunately we were lead to believe at point of booking we had a 2 day stay in Tromso and a 2 day stay in Narvic . Which was not the case. Just one day in each place. With the ship leaving at midnight. Which we were not expecting. I would never had booked this cruise if it was made clear to me . Also due to weather we could no visit the last port of Haugsund. Which meant on 12 day cruise we spend 9 days at sea Which is unacceptable. A
